Urban Oasis is a beautifully restored early 1900's private home with a tasteful blend of historic and modern touches. Two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, huge back patio / lounge area and 2 coveted off-street parking spots. The home is a short walk or trolley ride into the Historic District and has plenty of amazing restaurants, bars and activities within easy walking distance.
The Space:
Welcome to the Urban Oasis! This freshly renovated space has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Oldest City. The home has 2 queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and 2 full bathrooms (one with a massive soaking tub!). The living room has a flatscreen TV with Netflix and local cable channels. A spacious sofa with queen pullout sleeper accommodates 2 additional guests. The huge back patio with lounge area, outdoor table and electric grill make this the perfect home for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.
Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the entire home, private porch, and 2 off-street parking spaces.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.
Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat.
The home is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.
Getting Around:
The home has two designated off-street parking spots to leave your car(s). If you're bringing more than two vehicles, there is free street parking in front of the property and along the entire street (Old Mission Ave). The city is very walkable and we also have Uber or Lyft. There is a trolley stop at the end of the street.
