Welcome to Casa del Lago where the past and present meld perfectly. Experience the comforts of this stunning 3/2 lakeside retreat set among million-dollar properties on the shore of Maria Sanchez Lake, in Historic Lincolnville. Less than a fifteen-minute walk to restaurants, sites and attractions in Historic St. Augustine.
Luxury, charm and tranquility define this beautifully and completely renovated cottage featuring all hi-end modern amenities. The oak flooring and architectural details are original to the cottage. Wonderful large windows with amazing lake views allow an abundance of natural light throughout.
Start your day by sitting out on the deck and watching the sunrise over Maria Sanchez Lake with your coffee. Or relax in the evening with a cool drink by the firepit. Be mesmerized as the lake sparkles and the sun sets.
Inspire your inner chef by whipping up a culinary delight in this brand-new fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring German cabinetry, quartz counters and backsplash, a Miele gas range and convection oven, Miele microwave/convection and Liebherr refrigerator.
The charming living room with a gas fireplace and wall mounted Samsung Smart TV, opens to a spacious formal dining room.
Luxury awaits in the primary bedroom with a sitting area looking out onto the lake and a stunning ensuite featuring a 3-body spray shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. All bedrooms have brand new king beds and Samsung Smart TV’s (the guest bedroom has two twins that are pushed together to form a king and can be separated upon request). All are conveniently located on the main level.
In the mood for a backyard barbecue? There is a gas grill on the back porch, a dining table and chairs. With the lake as a backdrop, life just doesn't get any better.
Additional amenities include: a front load washer/dryer, luxury linens, kitchen essentials, bath essentials such as hair dryer, shampoo and body wash.
Please note, there is a small apartment on the second level occupied by a long-term tenant. It has a separate exterior entrance. The only shared space is the driveway in which the tenant has one parking space. There are five parking spaces in total. The home, the patio all outdoor amenities are solely for our vacation rental guest’s use.
Our properties are professionally managed; therefore, guests shall sign our renter agreement before arrival. We use property management software; therefore, post booking communication shall be through our property management platform and outside of your booking platform.
