Location de vacances ensoleillée dans le centre de la ville aux deuxième et troisième étages d'un immeuble indépendant de trois étages. Cette unité est nichée à l'arrière d'un petit complexe de condos, loin du bruit de la rue et des piétons, avec des tonnes de lumière naturelle, des pics d'eau et une vue imprenable sur le monument aux pèlerins. Cette unité en duplex a trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes avec un sol en pierre naturelle de rivière. Le condo dispose d'un mobilier haut de gamme avec climatisation centrale et planchers de bois franc dans le grand plan d'étage ouvert. Le premier étage dispose d'un salon confortable avec WiFi, câble HD et son Bose, capacité de streaming (Chromecast de Google), connectivité Bluetooth au système audio, cuisine du chef avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en silestone, et salle à manger pour six personnes autour d'une grande table. Une terrasse privée avec vue sur la ville et les monuments est située juste à côté de la salle à manger. Il y a une chambre et une salle de bain complète au premier étage. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres et la deuxième salle de bain complète. L'unité est entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse, une cafetière et Keurig, et toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre. Idéalement situé près de Far Land Provisions et à quelques pas du ferry ou de la plage. Le stationnement hors rue pour une voiture est inclus. Un endroit parfait pour une escapade en plein centre ou en ville, à quelques pas des commerces, des restaurants et de toutes les commodités.

The house is beautiful. Tom is an excellent host very quick with communication and accommodating. The bedrooms are small but comfortable. The location is perfect. It is a very easy walk from the ferry dock yet it is very quiet.

This was a great little place to stay, walking distance and close to all the action. The home has all that you need for a great stay, with modern amenities and a stylish and comfortable New England style.

Amazing home and location

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had in Ptown in nearly a decade if staying here in the summer. It’s super close to everything, very well stocked, and the hosts are super communicative.

We had a wonderful stay. Location was fantastic right off the ferry terminal and very walkable to the West End. The place was very comfortable, well equipped and fairly spacious for Ptown. Owners were very friendly and accommodating for our check-in / check-out. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

4th of July in P-town

There were 4 of us staying in the property. The kitchen was great size for us as well as the living space. Everyone had space to move around. The bedrooms were smaller, but that is to be expected for homes in Provincetown. It worked great for our group of 4! The bathroom on the main floor with the shower we perfect for the taller guests. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Fabulous property in the center of town

We stayed for a week during Carnival and couldn’t have had a better time. The place is smack dab in the center of town and convenient to everything. The deck was a great place for a morning cup of coffee and view of Pilgrim Monument. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s no issue when you’re out on the town most of the time. Having both bathrooms detached from the bedrooms made it easy for a group stay. Loved staying here and hope to stay again!

I don't have enough good things to say about this property. The location is perfect. The space was even better than it looks on the listing and you can't beat the view. My friends and I loved every minute of our week in Provincetown and I would definitely stay again. 10/10

Spacious and clean

We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable here. The place is clean and very well maintained. It’s also fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels. The outdoor space is small but has a great view. My only wish was that the furniture inside and out was a little more comfortable but overall, everything was excellent. And the host was extremely responsive to questions during our stay.

Close, Clean and Cozy !!!

From the start Jonathan and Tom were amazing at communicating and answering all of our questions. They welcomed us with open arms to their property and their place was beautiful just as advertised. We would highly recommend this rental. The location was awesome with the an easy access pathway that goes right into commercial street. 5 stars!!!

Perfect Provincetown Home Away from Home

Our family could not have been happier with this beautiful home! From off-street assigned parking to the off-street and private location with views of the Pilgrim Monument and village, this home impressed us to no end. Communication with our hosts was flawless. Family Week

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90. We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°. We rate our stay a 5 stars!! Thank you!

Location, location, location!!!

This place couldn't have been in a better location. Everything is within walking distance. But, if you desire to ride a bike a bike rental store is across the street. The unit is very clean, the AC works great and Tom was very helpful. The only reason I did not give this property 5 starts is that the beds are in need of being replaced. All of the beds are very hard and slope to one side. Renters should also note that the Provincetown Brewery opened directly in front of this property. It was under construction until the last night we were there. The final night we could definitely hear and feel the music coming from the brewery until after midnight. If you're there for the nightlife and like to sleep in this shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was anything less than perfect. We will ensure that all the beds are level, as they should be, and replace anything that needs replacing. The owners of the Provincetown Brewing Company were great neighbors during construction, although it sounds like their exuberance got out of hand on opening night. There is a town-mandated cut-off that should have ended the music well before it did. We apologize for the disruption this caused.

Excellent Stay - Responsive Hosts

The home is very well kept by the hosts, centrally located to most of the action on Commercial Street- yet quiet and removed from a lot of the bustle. Our hosts did a wonderful job preparing us for arrival to Ptown and also quick to respond to messages and texts to answer questions we had. We hope to return to the same house next year!

Cute condo!

Tom’s property was the most cutely decorated that I’ve stayed in. Although the unit was cozy and bedrooms were on the smaller side, everything was comfortable and clean. Great outdoor deck space. Tom was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again!
