Located between Napa and Sonoma Valley on the border of Carneros and minutes from downtown Sonoma Square, your immaculate wine country estate features a custom pool with a spa, beautifully manicured grounds, and a chic remodeled barn. With a gourmet kitchen, grand dining table, entertainment barn, and a firepit, this upscale getaway is a dream destination. World-famous vineyards and tasting rooms are moments away.

This wine country haven has many areas to relax in California casual style with a living room, entertainment barn, and ample outdoor living space. The airy open-concept barn has modern furniture and a 69-inch smart TV, plus an Amazon Fire Stick. Grab drinks at the indoor/outdoor bar area and eat dinner at the farmhouse table for eight. An indoor cornhole game provides hours of fun. Upstairs, the bonus room offers a king bed and balcony. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well a ½ on the 1st floor.

The chef's kitchen has everything needed to create tasty meals and features a contemporary-meets-farmhouse vibe. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side fridge and gas range. Enjoy appetizers at the 3-seat kitchen island. A formal dining room seats eight at a unique designer burlwood table.

The property has several areas to enjoy the outdoor wine country experience. An expansive patio invites alfresco meals with a four-seat table and a gas grill. The home has 3 king size beds and 2 queen beds with high end linens, Casper mattresses, and lots of pillows for a great night sleep. A washer/dryer, portable SONOS speakers, 4 smart TVs, and complimentary WiFi are provided.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The solar-heated pool is warm for swimming from April-Oct.
- The entertainment barn does not have air conditioning or heat.
- Please note that the internet at this location can be irregular and inconsistent, due to the location.
- Please note: The property has two Ring cameras positioned to face the pool area.
- The barn bedroom is only accessible from the outside, and the nearest bathroom requires going outdoors to access it.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
- No garage access.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
