The Space:

RENOVATED, STYLISH AND RIGHT BY BEACH ACCESS!



This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom completely renovated beach house is just one block from the beach. Located right on Beachview Drive you can walk to Beach Access #16 within 3-4 minutes.



From the moment you walk inside, you have a different experience - modern + beach house that is perfect for smaller families or larger families up to 10 people.  Two room are equipped with King beds, 1 room has a Queen and the last room has four single twin bunk beds for the kiddos. We even have bunk bed bumpers at the home to help with safety. We also have a baby bathtub and a stroller.  There are lots of board games that adults and kids alike can enjoy.



There's a Roku TV in every room so you can stream your favorite programs on those (hopefully not many) rainy days or evenings while you are relaxing.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. There is a drip coffee / Keurig combo available for your use.



Outside is where so much of the vacation magic happens! There is a fire pit surrounded by seating, a propane grill, patio table and umbrellas. We also have an outdoor shower for you to clean off at after a day at the beach or if your pups are running around getting dirty outside (we know, Fido would NEVER do that!).



We have beach chairs and beach towels at the home for you to use, free of charge.



We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.



If your stay is 3-21 nights, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please note the following:



Any stays less than 21 days from April 1st to August 31st also get a free nightly beach credit you can use towards bikes, beach chairs, cornhole, paddleboards and many other beach items!



There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easily access at any time of day by an electronic lock.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential community just 1 block from the beach.



Getting Around:

You can walk, bike, golf cart or drive your car around the island!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $160 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
