Our stay at Savannah Cottage was absolutely incredible. Laurel exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage was not only beautiful and spotless, but her attention to detail made it feel as though she was welcoming a close friend into her home. She went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras to make check in seamless, as well as excellent recommendations for local restaurants and daily activities. Thanks to her care and hospitality, our entire week was nothing short of perfect.

Property and St.Simon’s location was perfect for my husband and I, our daughters and their families. The property was within walking distance to beautiful beach & neighborhood pool and was a short drive to ‘things to do’ and many great restaurants. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay as documented in listing. We enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting areas, toys/games for the kids and beach supplies. Host also made fabulous recommendations for everything we needed while we were there including a photographer so we could capture the rare time that our entire family was together. Highly recommend.

Savannah Cottage is a perfect location to get the family together! Lots of porch space and living space for everyone to be together or spread out for a cozy up with a book. Super location!

Perfect Experience!

We loved Laurel’s place. Super convenient access to the pools and beach. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear. Plenty of different sleep options for the baby and kids. Bright, airy, and inviting. The wrap around porch was great for some shaded outdoor time. Would highly recommend this rental!

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I loved the Savanna Cottage! It was the perfect getaway to relax in a home away from home. Cozy, clean, cute and has all the accommodations you will need. It’s close to the beach and restaurants along with lots of fun places to explore. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommending this lovely home away from home to our family and friends!!

We had the most incredible stay at the Savannah Cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect beach home—so charming, beautifully maintained, and just steps away from the sand and surf.Perfect for families! we stayed with our small kids and had so much fun because you also have access to the pool!We highly recommend Savannah Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation!

Great for Families!

Our family stayed at Laurel's gorgeous place for a fun beach gettaway with friends and it was perfect for our group! We had two families staying, with kids from toddler age up to 11 years old and the house was stocked and ready for us! We used the beach wagon and the golf cart to get ourselves (and our stuff) to the beach, literally a 2 minute walk which was so easy. But having the golf cart for a quick trip back to use the potty with toddlers was a must for us - And the kids loved riding around in it! The house also had all the stuff we needed with kids so we didn't have to worry about packing a pack-n-play, high chairs, etc which is why we picked this house. So easy on the parents. One of the mornings it rained so we were so glad to see there was a doughnut place in the guest guidebook that Laurel provided so we took the kids to Dulce Dough Donuts and it was a perfect for a rainy morning! All in all, a perfect stay and such a great space for families! I can't wait to go again!!

What we love most is how close everything is: you can walk to the beach in just a minute, bike to the lighthouse or pier village, and still feel tucked away in your own little coastal retreat. The neighborhood’s private beach boardwalk and pools make it even more special—it’s the perfect spot for making memories with family and friends.

There’s something magical about sitting on the porch in the evening, hearing the waves in the distance, and feeling that salty breeze. It’s a little slice of island paradise, and we feel lucky to call it our home away from home.
