Spacious modern design apartment with rental licence, completely refurbished (fully air conditioned) and located in the Hotel Illa d'Or area only 30m from the famous Pinewalk and beaches in Puerto Pollensa. It's a fourth floor (top floor) with a lift. Consists of 2 double bedrooms (1 queen & 1 twin) with en-suite bathrooms(main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower) and built-in wardrobes, a separate guest toilet, open & fully fitted kitchen with all appliances as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. The lounge&dining room as well as the main bedroom open on a large terrace with outside furniture overlooking the sea and the Tramuntana mountain range. This apartment has HIGH SPEED fiber optic INTERNET WIFI connection (up to 300MB). The television channels are Spanish and some UK channels.(Sky sports channels optional) At the ground level there is a large Pool area with deck chairs run by the Laguna Restaurant. You can use the pool for free because you are staying in our apartment. If you want to use the deck chairs or table you will be asked to have a drink or eat something. GOLF courses: There are 2 Golf courses very nearby. The first one is located in Pollensa (10 min drive) and offers 9 holes. The second one, owned by the Porsche family, is located in Alcudia (Aucanada 15min drive) and offers 18 holes with fantastic sea views. The first supermarket and shops are only 200M away.
Highly recommended. Apartment is in a great location close to pine walk offering multiple restaurants and shopping. Very spacious, modern and awesome views of the bay. The host was very responsive. This is a gem of an apartment.
Had a wonderful stay. Property was immaculate. The only thing which may need attention is the sliding mechanism on the patio doors which were very stiff to open. Besides that...the apartment was fabulous and would re-book.
Nice and spacious apartment. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend Port de Pollensa which we have visited multiple times. For us the apartment is in the right and less crowdy part of the city. However, unfortunately the apartment is just behind a large hotel with little sight of the ocean and quite some noise from their aircon.
This apartment is brilliantly located and very comfortable (and very clean) with all the equipment (and more) that youâll need for a great stay. The Pinewalk & beach are just a 2 minute walk away with the centre of town about 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants & bars to choose from. Immediately downstairs is the Laguna cafe bar with the pool which can be used by residents if buying a drink/snack. A few minutes walk away is a shop with fresh bread & pastries & another cafe which is great for having breakfast or a larger meal. Our party was 2 adults & a child & the apartment served as an ideal base for a week. The balcony is a great place to relax & have breakfast or an evening drink. We found it shaded in early morning & evening with full sun for most of the rest of the day. The balcony has a table big enough for a larger family, an outdoor sofa & a couple of sun loungers. Thereâs also a bbq although we didnât use it. For cyclists, this apartment is ideally situated for all the bike hire shops & is very close to the road leading to Formentor.

The Penthouse Bonanza 4 A is well appointed and on the top floor in a building just behind the Illa D'or Hotel .
The apartment is smart and well equipped . Overall Bonanza 4A met and in some cases exceeded our expectations.
We would definitely stay here again .
The location is a good 15 mins walk into the centre of Port de Pollensa so you do need to enjoy a good walk along a flat pine tree lined promenade when going into town for dinner, a coffee etc. ( We do enjoy a good walk)
There is a swimming pool attached to the Laguna Restuarant below which we used most days , We bought drinks and snacks here ( and a takeaway dinner one evening) and were made very welcome .
Overall a Super Stay in an excellent Penthouse Apartment
Excellent Appartment. Very clean, well equipped and spacious with a well designed layout. Very big balcony and private. Good location apart from the sound of the generator from the nearby hotel. Nice walk along the front to the beaches, shops and restaurants - 10 minutes max. Pool belongs to La Laguna and you have to buy a drink to use it and the sun beds - the staff there were very friendly and helpful and the food and drink good. Initial difficulty finding the apartment due to the number given of the apartment block - it was not at number 15. La Laguna helped us out there. Overall very pleasant stay, we love Pollensa and itâs great for kids too. Would go back there.
Great apartment, beautifully presented in a quiet area of resort. Great host who met us on arrival and communicated quickly.

Den ersten Schock hatten wir beim Betreten der sehr gerĂ€umigen und auch schönen Terrasse. Der LĂŒfter vom Hotel Illa D'or lĂŒftet leider sehr gerĂ€uschvoll. Das auch noch ununterbrochen. Ein einziges Mal in 12 Tagen war er einmal ab 23 Uhr abgeschaltet. Manchmal wehten auch Geruchsfetzen der KĂŒche herĂŒber. Wie eben der Wind gerade weht. Den nĂ€chsten Schock erlebten wir am ersten Tag. Es wurde intensiv und vor allem sehr laut in der Nachbarwohnung und Terrasse gebaut. Es wurde geflext und gehĂ€mmert.Wir benachrichtigten die Vermieterin, die uns mitteilte, sich mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung zu setzen und uns zu informieren sowie sie mehr weiss.Danach haben wir nichts mehr von ihr gehört. Am letzten Tag, kurz vor Abreise, blieb ich auch noch im Aufzug stecken. Zum GlĂŒck fehlten nur 20 cm bis zu unserer Etage und ich konnte mich selbst befreien. Bei diesem Preis fĂŒr die Luxuswohnung kann ich keine Empfehlung geben.
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment with OK views of the see and mountains. It was well equipped and clean. An extra plus fot the caretaker Lin who gave us extra service along the way. We will be back this summer!
I stayed for a week in the apartment and found it perfect. The location away from the main resort suited me as it was very quiet. The apartment was meticulously maintained, light and spacious, had a good spec and was very comfortable. Whilst not being directly on the sea front, the balcony faces south so the sun was directly onto the balcony almost all day and the view across the top of the building in front gave an overall sense of being on the sea front. It was also very private. I will have no hesitation in returning to this Apartment and would strongly recommend it to couples or small families who seek high quality private accommodation in a more peaceful location. Finally and most importantly for me, the owner was a complete pleasure to deal with. Booking direct can be a bit of a lottery - this owner ensured only the best possible experience.
Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Schöne Ausblicke auf die Bucht und die rĂŒckwĂ€rtigen Berge. Leider war der Pool bis zu unserer Abreise am 24. Aprli noch nicht durch den PĂ€chter des Restaurantes im Erdgeschoss hergerichtet. Der EigentĂŒmer sowie die Agentur waren sehr freundlich.
Also eigentlich alles super, wenn da nicht das Hotel Illa DĂČr und deren zugeschaltetes Clubhotel in direkter Nachbarschaft wĂ€ren. Der MĂŒllhof, das open-air Bier-und GetrĂ€nkekistenlager wird vom emsigen Personal von 7 Uhr in der frĂŒh bis mind. 23:30 und wenns sein muss auch spĂ€ter krĂ€ftig bewirtschaftet. Schlafen mit offenen Fenster entfĂ€llt. Ein metallernes Automatikrolltor was bei jeder PErsonalbewegung fĂŒr die beiden Anlagen auf und zufĂ€hrt schlĂ€gt direkt lautstark an die Aussenwand vom Mitobjekt an. Der Balkon wird mit Beginn des KĂŒchenbetriebes zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck ab 7:00 - 22:30 Uhr von den ĂŒberlauten KĂŒchenfortluftanlagen des Illa DĂČr, glĂŒcklicherweise ohne GeruchsbelĂ€stigung, seinem Anspruch auf GewĂ€hrung von AufenthaltsqualitĂ€t nur sehr schwer bis gar nicht gerecht. Der EigentĂŒmer wurde noch vor Ort darĂŒber informiert.
the description of the property was very accurate, location was excellent. Was clean and appliances modern. Access to pool was also a great asset for the property,
Booking company were extremely helpful and between them and owner sorted out hire car which meant no queues at airport and cost effective when compared to major rental companies
overall had excellent holiday and would recommend it
Only point we would make is that the window in the childrens bed room (by bed) is able to be opened fully and is at a height that a child could easily access and believe extremely dangerous, some form of safety lock/ restraint needs to be put in
