This elegant 40-square-meter penthouse, recently renovated, offers a modern and contemporary design, ideal for a romantic getaway. With plenty of natural light and an impressive 50 m² terrace featuring spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the property becomes the perfect retreat for couples seeking comfort and beauty in one place.
The interior has been carefully designed with an exclusive and sophisticated style. The living room, with large sliding doors that lead to the terrace, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your comfort, and the spacious bathroom includes a modern shower.
The bedroom features a double bed.
The outdoor area is equipped with a chill-out sofa, sunbeds, and, of course, a private jacuzzi, making it the ideal space to relax or enjoy stargazing at night. The jacuzzi is heated, so it's nice and warm and additionally, there is an electric awning for the terrace.To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!
The accommodation also includes access to a communal pool, covered parking off the road, and lift access. Please note that there's a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Nice apartment with nice view
The direct contact with the office via whatsapp and the quick respons and interaction. For example repair of the sunbed.
Nice location, nearby the sea, shops, restaurants
Cleanliness: the pillows of the lounge seats were so dirty that we didn't use it, the same for the jacuzzi.
The apartment is on a very nice location but we had a lot of noise of the neighbours that live under the apartment :-( especially in the evening

Joli studio
Très agréable studio au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités.
La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et son jacuzzi des moments de relaxation après l’effort.
Idéal pour un couple, ce studio est très bien équipé.

Schönes kleines Penthouse Apartment
Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist groß und man hat einen grandiosen Blick auf die Berge.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Es wurde nicht gründlich genug geputzt, aber das hatten wir dann selbst behoben und danach konnten wir uns wohlfühlen.
Leider gibt es kein Esstisch, was im Winter ein Problem ist. Im Sommer kann man gut draußen auf der Dachterrasse am großen Tisch essen, aber im Winter ist man gezwungen, am kleinen Couchtisch zu essen.

Wunderschönes Penthouse
Die Penthousewohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, man blickt direkt auf die Tramuntana-Berge. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr schön ist auch der Whirlpool. In 10min ist man zu Fuß an der Meerpromenade und am Sandstrand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
