Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and private balcony. You'll also have access to all the building amenities.



Our condo is part of a secure 24-unit complex. You’ll receive a unique access code for the front entrance, ensuring your privacy and security during your stay. There is an elevator in the building for easy access to the unit.



Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the comforts our space has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

Parking: One garage parking spot included with this unit 0.1 miles away.



Noise: Please be mindful of your noise levels, especially after 10 PM, as this is a residential building with neighbors who appreciate a peaceful environment.



Check-In/Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



House Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are allowed in the condo.



Essentials Provided: We’ve stocked the condo with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
