The home has 3 bedrooms with memory foam or pillow-topped mattresses, making for a good night's sleep. All beds have 4 pillows for your comfort AND each bedroom has its own 4K Roku TV.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (Smart TV)
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed (Smart TV)

There's a half bathroom downstairs, and 2 full bathroom upstairs. The master bath feels like a spa with a large walk-in shower with natural pebble-stones and a rainfall shower-head, and a double sink vanity.

Heads up, we're not a party house! If that's your plan, you should pick another spot because we have a zero tolerance policy around disturbances for our neighbors.

- Aged 25 and over (primary guest only; families with kids are most welcome)
- Not local
- Rental agreement, ID and security deposit ($500.00) required
For longer term stays >28 days, we require additionally a background and (soft pull) credit check through Transunion, which we pay for.

Violation of house rules is grounds for immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.
