Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire estate, excluding the garage. We request all guests to respect property boundaries during their stay.

Additional Rules & Fees
Security Deposit: For reservations made through VRBO a $2000 hold will be placed on your card the day before your departure. Provided there are no damages the full amount will be released to you 7 days after the initial hold is made. For Airbnb reservations damages will be taken care of via the Airbnb claims center.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $5,000 fine for any citation.
No Parties - Automatic cancellation of reservation with no refund and $5,000 fine.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $2,500 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $2,500 fine.


Check-in is after 4pm. Early check-in of noon can be requested for an additional $250. We would be happy to accommodate if it is available.
Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out of 1pm is $250 and must be approved 24 hours in advance. Late check-out without prior approval is not allowed and will result in added fees. Any check-outs after 1pm will incur a charge of the nightly rate due to our inability to have the home ready by 4pm for our next guests.
Guests are given a 15 minute late checkout grace period. After that, every 30 minute increment is an additional $250 unapproved late checkout fee until guests leave the property. This is due to the disruption of our cleaning team scheduling and property maintenance.
Max number of people on property - 10 people. If there are more than 10 guests on the property at any given moment, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund available.
Maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but we do require guests to add their pet as a member of the reservation since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $300 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $500 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.
Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM.
No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
Guests should use the black towels provided to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest (towel $70, sheet $105)
If guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Guests are allowed to have packages delivered during their reservation. Hosts are not responsible for packages delivered outside the guest’s reservation dates. No mail forwarding or using the property address for guest mailing address.
Hosts are not responsible for personal items left behind at the property. If items are left behind, there is no guarantee the hosts can get them back to the guest. If it is possible, hosts can ship items back to the guest for a $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage.
