Located in Hamilton Heights, New York City, enjoy this private 1-bedroom updated apartment has to offer in a beautiful historical Brownstone. This nice property features a one-bedroom and a cozy living room with a Queen size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Backyard dining, workspace, Wi-Fi, AC, and a bonus of a private dining backyard. We also have accommodations of a playpen and highchair for your toddlers. Guests can feel right at home during their stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Comfortable for a 2-4 person stay or a small family.

Our first stay in New York

We are here for a week and enjoying this little hideaway with all that we need for our stay we appreciate the affordable accommodations the sweet gestures of the bottle of wine we will have more to share after our granddaughter arrives with her boyfriend

Great space to stay

Our group had a wonderful stay at this property in historic Hamilton Heights! The patio was beautiful with gorgeous neighboring trees, the furnishings were quaint & comfortable, and the host even offered a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us! Strolling through the neighborhood was fascinating, with its well-maintained historic brownstones and excellent restaurants (check out Briciola for delicious Italian & Sugar Hill Diner for a wonderful breakfast). 10/10 would recommend, and would be happy to stay again.

Fabulous unit in a great location

This unit was perfect for my stay. Exceptionally clean and amenities were thoughtful and contact with host was quick and respectful. I own a couple of upscale vrbo units and this host has done things exactly like i would have.

The extremely clean apartment is a basement apartment in Harlem. Very quiet, although you can hear the people above you walk around, but it was not a problem. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Subway access very close.

Very clean and close to subway

We loved this apartment because it's what we needed for our trip. It is small but very quiet and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings and we also liked the bottle of wine they offered us. It has a small backyard we could not use because of the weather. The subway is really close and we'd love to come back in the future.

Nice place

This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. I appreciated all the little extras like coffee pods, creamer and water bottles. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Could Not Have Been A Better Selection

Accommodations were very clean, comfortable and nicely located. We wanted to experience Harlem and have easy access to Downtown NYC. Both were achieved. The apartment is in a historically rich section of town and a pleasant neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The perfect place to stay

The apartment itself was amazing and the location was excellent.. Very close to the station to hop on the train The apartment was very clean and had everything you need The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any question I had I definitely recommend this apartment and next time I’m in New York. One of the best properties we have stayed in while in the area. Listing 100% accurate. Clean, comfortable with luxury touches throughout. Walkable quaint neighborhood with multiple good restaurants just blocks away. Easy access to transit. Would give a sixth star if possible!

Very clean!

The property was lovely and unexpectedly completely renovated and modern. The towels were very nice quality. The bedding was also. The amenities were very thoughtful and much appreciated. The only surprise for us was that the bed was a full size which was very uncomfortable for two full size adults. Also, we were there for our son’s graduation and he had to move out of the dorm and stay with us the last 2 nights which is why we rented this place instead of a hotel with two beds. And the sofabed mechanism seemed to have an issue and would not open. He ended up sleeping on the sofa itself. If the bed in the bedroom was at least a queen we would definitely come again and highly recommend.

Weekend in april

The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. Keurig coffee maker was lovely and bottles of water in the fridge. We enjoyed the electric fireplace as it was chilly rainy day. We will be back next time we visit family in Harlem!! Thanks

I love love love this apartment. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my friend. The bed was comfortable. The living room had the right amount of space and Very clean. It smelled good. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host of the apartment Had very clear communication and responded Immediately with any questions we had. When I come back to visit New York, I do plan on rebooking. The location and neighborhood is also amazing. Very quiet and safe.

This is such a gem in a historic neighborhood. The stay was very unique in that it is the semi-basement unit of a townhouse building, full of character and access to a private backyard. The owner/management put meticulous attention to the maintenance of the unit such that it never felt like a basement unit. Loved my stay. The only thing to note is that you need to read the instructions carefully - access to the unit is NOT up the steps to the main gate. It’s through the little iron gate next to the main steps.

This was an excellent rental. Very clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. A bit of a stretch to say it sleeps 4. For 2 people very comfortable; a third could be on the couch. Very safe behind 2 locking gates. Lovely looking little backyard, although too cold for our November stay. Quiet street very near subway stations. Big kudos to the very attentive property manager... when the power unexpectedly went out, she contacted us immediately and she immediately came over at midnight with lanterns, candles, etc. Highly recommend this property and will definitely consider for a future trip to NYC.
