Good location, close to subway 3 train that goes to Times Square, Penn Station, WTC/Wall Street and into Brooklyn. Recommend shower sandals. Space is very comfortable.

This was a great location as it had amenities like a grocery store, restaurants and cafes close.

There were no washcloths at the apartment. There were also dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. And the bed in the larger room the bed was not made up.

Hello Gregory !! Firstly thank you for choosing to stay with us . Also want to apologize if your experience wasn’t the greatest, it’s very important to us to deliver the best possible. However I want to clarify that 100% both beds were made as to I can also provide video proof of the day of your cleaning before you checked in . Had the beds truly not been made you pretty sure you would’ve reach out . The wash cloths it was an honest mistake from our cleaning lady who forgot to leave any, and from our experience most of our guest rather not use them anyway. But once again thank you for staying with us.

This was a great place for our 4 night stay in NYC. The Jackie Robinson park and pool across the street were beautiful and it was a short walk to the subway (we preferred the station on 145, rather than the 155). The apartment was clean, safe, and quiet. The AC worked phenomenally and the beds were comfy. We tried the Sugar Hill Cafe (a short walk up the block) and highly recommend it. Overall, a great stay!

It is a cozy apartment in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed for our week stay in NYC. The host was very responsive and handled our request quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment for a family of 5. The rooms were clean and it was very convenient to be on the first floor with 3 kids and a stroller. We found parking right in front of the building on the first day, but found it more challenging once we had to move it for street cleaning. The location was convenient especially for attending a Yankees game (less than 15 mins walk). We also walked to the B train for a quick 25 min commute to the Museum of Natural History. It was also nice being right across the street from a park. Most of all we appreciated this being an affordable apt in Manhattan- they are very rare!

We found this unit to be comfortable for our family of 4. It was clean ina quiet neighborhood. We found ourselves walking at all periods of the night and did not feel unsafe. Only drawback is that it is bout half mile to train station. Thanks for hosting us.

Everything was as listed - clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen looked well-equipped. The location was convenient to the subway and the park across the street was beautiful. I would stay here again!
