Lors de vos prochaines vacances en bord de mer, dirigez-vous vers la DUNE POINTE! C'est l'un des plus petits complexes de la belle île d'Okaloosa, donc si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et calme, cet endroit est parfait pour vous! Avec seulement 3 condos à chaque étage, ce complexe ne sera jamais surpeuplé, la piscine aura toujours assez d'espace pour tout le monde et la plage sera plus privée que jamais! La propriété dispose également de barbecues et la piscine en bord de mer est chauffée en hiver.
Ce condo de 2 chambres est au 2e étage et offre une vue imprenable sur la magnifique côte de sucre blanc. Lorsque vous sortez sur le balcon de la plage, la vue est à couper le souffle! Pas d'obstacles, pas de vues latérales - c'est DIRECT BEACH FRONT!
Le condo a une belle cuisine complète équipée de tous les plats et ustensiles, il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour vos besoins de buanderie. Les deux chambres sont tout simplement l'espace idéal pour se détendre après une journée ensoleillée à la plage ou vous pouvez simplement vous détendre dans le salon et profiter de la beauté de la côte d'émeraude.
Le parking est directement en face de la propriété, il n'y a pas de frais de stationnement.

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

We had a nice time. It wasn’t over crowded and easy to get to the beach. The only negative we had was the bed mattress was to hard and uncomfortable. We will be coming back next year.

If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

The walk to the beach is not a long one, and during our stay (May 2016) we had free beach rental chairs and umbrellas (which we loved)The property is clean, well lit and quiet. Its a small property which we liked.

Great location, very clean

I was very pleased with our stay. The app they offer makes check in and check out a breeze. the condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The beaches weren't overcrowded and it was a very short drive over the bridge into Destin. Two things that keep me from giving this condo 5 stars is the bathroom shower size and the beds. The showers were tiny, smaller than I have in my camper. and the beds were not very comfortable. Those are two things that are important to me on a vacation stay. But outside of that this place was great and we will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. As with most hotel rooms and condos my allergies acted up due to dust. Overall 201 was clean and tidy. If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7

The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

Love Dune Pointe but.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do love Dune Pointe! Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years and I still love it but it needs some serious TLC. When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.

Perfect Week Away, Next Year Two!!!

Reviewer Comments: The one and only deduction in an otherwise perfect score was for beautiful tile floors that were not truly clean, they probabltY need a good deep cleaning, or one should wear slippers.This unit was lovely and had everything we could have dreamt of, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful view, only one flight up, like-new appliances and overall impeccable cleanliness with exception of the invisible dirt on the tile floors (easily taken care of with a bi-annual steam-clean?).We had no need to call for maintenance, on the last day we noticed a sticking blind cord and my son pointed out a flickering bathroom light; therefore cannot comment on responsiveness/service.Day 2 breakfast on the balcony brought a school of seven dolphins slowly passing by, we saw a school of pretty yellow fish while kayaking, and a group of five small rays caused a bit of excitement for everyone on day 5 of our stay.We chose not to rent a car and instead ubered around for dinners out; best meal was at Stewby's near the high school, grilled shrimp and catch of the day.We hope to return to this small complex again next year.
