Quel incroyable condo d'une chambre! Ceci est un grand espace pour se détendre, se détendre et profiter des vues incroyablement belles! Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de la plage. Superbe mobilier, TV LED 42 "+ lecteur DVD installé dans le salon et TV LED 26" + lecteur DVD installé dans la chambre! Les nouveaux appareils électroménagers-lave-vaisselle et le réfrigérateur / congélateur côte à côte en acier inoxydable donnent à la cuisine une sensation rafraîchissante et MISE À JOUR. WIFI GRATUIT! Les mises à jour à la fin de 2016 incluent un nouveau sommier et matelas; nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse; nouveau four à micro-ondes et cuisinière en acier inoxydable (maintenant tous les appareils de cuisine sont en acier inoxydable); nouvel art au-dessus du canapé; nouveau tapis dans le coin salon; nouveau mobilier de balcon. Emerald Coast Beach Condo

Great property on the beach. Everything was just as pictured or provided in the description. Communications with the property manager were easy, clear and prompt. The kitchen was well equipped and they even provide sands toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrella through a vendor on the beach. Good location, easy parking and wonderful view from the balcony. Would stay here again!

The condo is steps from the beautiful white sand & blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Two nice heated pools. You will have a great time. The condo is stocked with all the things you need.

PERFECT PLACE

We were so very plaesed with our stay in this condo. The view was perfect, it's on the 5th floor, so you're high up enough for a great view of the gulf, but low enough to still people watch! It's located right over the resort's two pools which would have been perfect for us to keep an eye out on our two teenage kids had they been with us. The room was clean and everything was so nicely decorated. The bed in the master room was a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. We loved this unit so much that we are planning on booking a week long stay there next summer!

Great location and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again. Two suggestions: there are no umbrellas at the pool. So no shade! A handrail in the shower would be nice. Overall great place!

Amazing

Everything was great. We enjoyed everything. However, we do recommend replacing the coffee table with something a little more safe for small children. The glass top moved very easily and the corners scrape you as you walk by (even for adults).At times we were afraid the glass top would fall and break. Other than that the stay was flawless.

We loved the view of the ocean! Pools were great for the kids and not over crowded. Kids loved the TVs in each of the bunk beds. Also having a code for the door was great, not worrying about a key. Beach service was a hit! We would vacation to this exact unit again!

The location in the building was good I that you are not directly over the pool which means it is quieter. Waters Edge building is a great one in that it has a huge pool and half is heated. Unit had great extensive supply of dishes. Having to return to the booking office the next day to officially checking before noon was annoying but the staff there were friendly.

The only issue was that we decided prior to our arrival someone must have had possibly an animal of sorts inside. There was NO odor or anything like that. Just Mine and my son's allergies went bizerk the first night and that following day. They cleared up after that and all was well. The place was clean, very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the last two weeks of February. The unit was comfortable, clean and quiet. The view of the gulf was incredible! We did not use the bunk beds or pull out couch, but enjoyed each having our own full bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed. It would be nice to have a few hooks on the wall throughout the whole place, but overall we were very comfortable. The pools were very clean, plenty of lounge chairs. Easy access to the beach with nice showers to wash sand off. B & S were very attentive to our needs and pleasant to work with. Great place to stay!
