Charmant 2BR / 2BA unité en bord de mer avec une vue relaxante sur le golfe à l'île ECHOS! Maintenant, avec WIFI sécurisé et laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo. Ce condo est situé au 3ème étage et offre une vue magnifique sur l'île d'Okaloosa. Pas de location mensuelle dans cette unité, s'il vous plaît. La cuisine, les sols carrelés et les touches architecturales lui confèrent une atmosphère plus classique et moderne. Avec un très grand lit dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon, cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à six vacanciers..

Great Place, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in great condition when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. The rental company were very nice and great to work with. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a plus. It was our first time staying on Okaloosa Island, but it will not be our last and we would definitely stay at Island Echos 3L again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Building clean and well maintained. Unit 3L is clean and the two bedroom two bath is a great size. Unit does have too much furniture and decoration that limits movement. Dishwasher works great but needs to be cleaned- definite odor in the appliance.

The unit was clean and equipped with most kitchen utensils, however no extra condiments of any kind. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. No signs of the owner in this unit whatsoever - felt kind of sterile.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time I've used Brooks and Storey for rentals in this complex and they did not disappoint. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is over the pool so if the sound of kids having a ball bothers you, you may want to reconsider this one. The only issue I encountered was the internet was too sporadic for me to use for work stuff. The hotspot on my phone covered this but it could cause others problems and it is unit-specific. I've stayed in other units in this complex with zero internet issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice experience at Island Echos 3L. The Brooks and Shorey reps we worked with were always attentive and kind. The condo was nicely appointed, even if the greenery and columns throughout were dated--IMO, just take them out and leave it more spacious and "airy." Loved the view of the ocean, and the beach service was great. A few suggestions: We really wanted a lock on the main bedroom door: an easy switch out. We also could've benefited from a refreshed silverware drawer--just a few extra spoons and forks would've been helpful. Otherwise, things were well stocked and Island Echos overall is a good, clean building! Thanks for everything!

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this particular unit, and loved it both times. Very clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint I have is not with the actual condo or property(both great)is with Brooks and Shorey. We've stayed here two years in a row and were not informed about the repeat stay discount. I found out about it through another review. I contacted Brooks and Shorey about this before our stay hoping they would honor the discount, unfortunately they did not. I am big on customer service and I realize there are other providers and condos as nice as the unit we stayed in so because of this I probably would not use or recommend Brooks and Shorey again. That being said I would recommend this unit and property.

Very disappointed

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey's check in time was 4:00. We strategically planned our day so we would be there at 4:00. After buying groceries and being on the road all day, our condo was not ready at check in time. They did not have it ready until an hour and a half later. I was told I would be charged if I checked out late, but they were in no hurry to have our room available by check in time. Once there, the condo was not cleaned well. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and food left in the couch. We also found a roach in the bathroom. The balcony and pool were tiny and definitely not worth the money we paid. I will not use Brooks and Shorey again nor will I stay at this condo.
