Bienvenue à Unit 402 Surf Dweller !! Cette unité est votre escapade parfaite! L'unité entière a été repeinte, toute la nouvelle literie dans les deux chambres et les nouveaux traitements de fenêtre. Il a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille pour se détendre et profiter de vacances amusantes à la plage. CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE GULF FRONT avec lit king size est parfaite pour les moments romantiques. Le matelas King est un confort ultime en mousse à mémoire de forme! Réveillez-vous tôt au moins un matin pour profiter de la vue imprenable DU LIT! Vous ne croirez pas les scènes phénoménales que vous prendrez de l'unité 402. Deux lits COMPLETS dans la chambre d'amis garantissent que les enfants sont confortables. Ils seront tellement reconnaissants quand ils dormiront dans autre chose que des couchettes !! Mieux encore, les matelas sont à plateau-coussin. Le mobilier assorti dans ce maître a amplement d'espace pour accueillir des séjours plus longs. Avec la superficie en pieds carrés des unités Surf Dweller, la chambre d'hôtes s'adapte facilement aux deux lits doubles et offre beaucoup d'espace pour se promener et ne pas être les unes sur les autres. La cuisine entièrement meublée dispose de superbes comptoirs en granit noir riche. Il est également stocké avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles / poêles nécessaires pour les besoins de cuisine de base. Économisez sur le budget ALIMENTAIRE pour pouvoir vous FOURNIR SUR L'ESPACE ET LES VUES! De plus, il y a un deuxième réfrigérateur dans la buanderie pour ceux qui ont des fournitures alimentaires en vrac. Ne vous inquiétez pas, toutes ces collations pour les petits-enfants s'intégreront facilement dans ce condo. Le patio privé massif a deux entrées dont une est l'entrée privée dans la chambre principale. Meubles de balcon dans cette unité est génial !!!!! Vraiment un avantage à louer 402. Des ensembles de meubles haut de gamme, confortables, propres et rembourrés rendent ce balcon très spécial. Tous les plaisirs d'un coucher de soleil chaud sur le golfe peuvent devenir un merveilleux souvenir. Les autres mises à jour de ce magnifique condo comprennent de nouveaux meubles de salle à manger, une console de télévision avec foyer électrique, de nouveaux traitements de fenêtre, de la peinture fraîche et une nouvelle literie dans les deux chambres.

The condo was very comfortable. The weather was a bit hot, but we stayed out of the sun during peak high UV hours. The beach was very nice, not really crowded at all. The balcony was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireworks display on Wednesday night. The pool was great. It was a very relaxing vacation.

The property was lovely. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location is fantastic. The balcony is amazing. The complex is a little older, but well maintained. The unit has been updated. We would absolutely sray therr aga3.

One of the best yet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely one of the best units I have booked. The patio furniture was great and much more relaxing. Many of us went out on the balcony to relax and listen to ocean and fell asleep. The patio furniture was a huge plus. My son immediately walked in and said this unit was better than the one we booked last year. The unit was clean, plenty of towels, and big enough for my family and I. I loved the app which had a lot of info and made check in/out easy and no stopping at an office. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so nice prior to our arrival. The only suggestions I would make is to not have white bedding and towels for many reasons I would personally choose another color, a pair of scissors which I did not see, and a small basket for when doing laundry which most other units have had. We definitely will be booking this unit again in the future as we all really enjoyed this unit!As for the building itself we have always enjoyed SD as it’s always seemed less crowded (smaller complex), pool, tennis, ocean view from living room and master with big/long balcony, the complex is always quiet at night and it is not over populated on the beach. Down side is when you have a larger suv the parking lot is a little tight in my opinion.

We have stayed in multiple units and we have never had an unpleasant experience, although some units were better than others. We always look forward to our annual beach trip. Girls trip

We loved all the extras for the beach and the fully stocked kitchen. The toaster oven and the keurig were not working and some of the bedroom plugs did not. There was plenty of seating. The beach attendant was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional stay

Property was just as described. Spotless and well provisioned. The view was gorgeous whether you were inside or the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There was a comfortable couch and chairs. The location was perfect, less than 2 miles to great restaurants and to a Publix. Check in was via email where you were given a door entry code. Wonderful, no card entry! Checkout was via in-room ECHO. I highly recommend this property.

This particular unit does need some updating. There is no closet in the master bedroom as listed in the unit description ...a bit odd! The kitchen is fairly well stocked however it needs some sharp knives and large skillets!! Having beach service is a plus and Devan is absolutely wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in 402. It was clean and nicely set up. The whole complex was well kept and quiet. One thing we appreciated over other condos we have stayed at was the quiet. We did not hear any noise from outside our unit. The only complaint I have is the cleaning people came at 8:30 am. Checkout time said 10 am but they were early. We were not ready to go so they waited outside the door until we left.

Won't book again

Got there- had to contact assistance, we had no power. Power issue was that the main breaker was turned off. We waited outside of the unit for 45 mins waiting on maintenance. Obviously the unit was not checked before we check-in or in the last several days. 2 hours later, AC isn't working . Call for maintenance again-says he can't repair it have to wait. Someone comes out at 11 the next morning to tell us he wasn't going to chance repairing it. The property manager finally decided that they would have another unit available. I do believe that this could have been done the 1st night. Condo is in need of things being fixed. Not the same experience that I had at this unit 2 years ago. Very disappointing.
