Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The location right on the ocean is fantastic, and the complex is quiet and has beautiful grounds and amenities. The condo was fully appointed and spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views, clean and a quiet family friendly environment. Beach chairs provided. A/C worked great.Only complaint was the towel situation that we knew about going in from other reviews. Would not have been a problem if dryer worked better. Probably an easy fix for property manager. But it really didn’t hamper our trip and we would definitely go back.

Great views!

Loved the ocean front views. Hearing the waves at night was magical. Good location- close enough to Kona but away from the crowds. Loved all the beach gear. Plenty of room. Overall nice place.

Great place near downtown Kona

Good place with good access to all the beaches. It’s a 1 Bedroom with a futon in the living. Good swimming pool in the complex as well to chill in.

Our condo at Kahaluu-Keauhou was a wonderful quiet break from work and life in California. Hearing the waves crash on the rocks below the lanai was so soothing. We made a promise to watch every sunset, most on the lanai-too many clouds for a green flash - but the colors were spectacular. The view was unobstructed, south past the outrigger and north to see the cruise ships docking up the coast. Enjoyed the ocean pool and the barbecue. Thanks for the Aloha, we brought some home with us.Maholo the Baxters

Beachside property

Loved the ocean right outside patio and deck furniture was a real plus. Very comfortable. Pool was clean and has nice furnishings. Inside could use some upgrades but overall a good place to stay. Felt safe also.

Cozy place

Its a perfect size for two people. The bed was really comfortable and so was the other furniture. Loved hanging out on the lanai having morning coffee. I hated the water pressure though.

Very comfortable, good location

The condo is very clean and provides almost everything we needed for a couple. Wish it provides beach towels though. AC in the bedroom only but ceiling fan makes the living area very comfortable in February. Loved the combination door lock, new and quiet washer and dryer. We had a great stay.

Kona Sunsets

We needed a place to stay for a short time and picked this place on a whim. We are so glad we did. Great location, We Had everything we needed in a great location. Our favorite feature was walking to the end of the complex, sitting on the benches, and watching the sun rise or set. Getting to the place and getting in was super easy, and the communication was excellent.

Beautiful view!

This condo was well maintained and in a great location. Check in and communication was very smooth. The unit was well stocked and the grounds were beautifully kept. Besides the few dirty dishes in the cupboard (to be expected in rentals) everything was very clean. We had an evening flight and were able to check out late which was very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space with quick access to the ocean and even a heated pool!

My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. If my kids had their way, they would’ve been in the heated pool 12 hours a day. Marc even provides some of the beach essentials, such as a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs. Highly recommend the space.

Ocean front in Keauhou

Beautiful condo right at the edge of the waves breaking over the lava shore. Perfect sunset view. Nicely furnished, decorated and equipped. Has beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. Convenient to beaches, snorkeling, and shopping. 10 minute drive to downtown Kona/Kailua. All living quarters are up a long, fairly steep stairwell after you enter the condo, a bit of a challenge if you have heavy suitcases.

Great location

Great location near lots of restaurants and sights to see on Kona area. Appreciated the snorkeling equipment-went to a great place for an early morning snorkel. The bedroom is air conditioned the rest of the apartment is not. The living room and pull out bed area was quite warm overnight. Teen age son survived but with complaining😉. Lovely area to watch sunset at end of the complex.

40th bday trip

Although it rained 5 of the 7 days of the trip, it is still nice to vacation in Hawaii. The location of the rental was very easy to get to, I feel this unit has the best parking stall in the entire complex! The view from the lanai was great. Communication with the owner was good. The bathroom cupboards were a bit dusty upon arrival. And there isn’t a lot of food storage dishes / ziplock bags we could find for either leftovers or to pack for day trips (snacks, lunch). Purchased a few of our own and left them in the unit for use by future renters. Pool area and bbq area are fantastic. Thanks.

Good Location but one item need update

Great Location and easy to get in and out to car. It is on Third floor, and it was perfect for us. However, the Air conditioner is only in bedroom. During the day, living room and kitchen for really hot, even with two fans running. Paid extra to have A/C, but found only in bedroom. Also, renter shouldn't have to dump water from A/C water collector. I dumped it every night, if I don't, it give error code and stops working. Landlord should have it plumbing done properly, like 8 saw others in the same area. So, if you want AC, place, don't take this. Otherwise, it's a really nice place and cleaned.

Location was perfect as our goal was to paddle with Keauhou Canoe club

There were a couple of items that need to be addressed. One kitchen cupboard door is in need of securing to the frame. The instructions for the A/C did not match the dials etc. on the wall. We had to call the caldwell office. The instructions need to be much clearer. Kitchen knives are quite dull. The fan in the bedroom with twin beds seems loose. Eye piece on big binoculars was broken. A plug in the loft did not work. The roller blind instructions on the lanai need to be clarified. When deliveries etc. were made, we found someone had entered the condo. without any notification to us. Front door does not latch if screen door is closed.

The property was exactly as pictured. The entire unit was excellently stocked. The kitchen had everything you needed. The unit also included beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment. The lanai was spacious and gave a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. The unit was spotlessly clean and came with enough cleaning supplies for our weeks stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Good for our purposes

The apartment was as described. Most of the furniture, sheets and towels seemed brand new. Some things need to be cleaned (dresser in bedroom closet, exhaust fan in bathroom, cabinet under bathroom sink). Convenient location for Ironman.
