Guests will have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, the gym loft, pool area, 3 car garage and outdoor facilities. The office and certain storage closets are restricted for private use.

The property is located 20 minutes from the beach. Coronado is a gorgeous island across the harbor from downtown San Diego.

The location offers a tranquil escape with easy access to nearby trails and outdoor activities. However, guests should note that the property is in a quiet area, and local noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Families and children are welcome, but the pool area requires supervision for young children. Pets are not allowed, no diving in the pool and smoking is prohibited on the premises.
