Groups traveling together have loved this Hestia home. It has an open floor plan complete with a well appointed spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs has an additional media space with 2 desks. This modern home was built in 2023 and is a pet-friendly retreat with space for up to 10 guests with seating for 7 at the dining table and 2 more at the bar stools. Our open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

â All other bedrooms feature FULL sized beds
đEV charging- 50 amp Level 2 EV charger during your stay. Please note that there is an extra charge for using the EV charger, and you may need an adapter to connect your vehicle.

Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Utility Cap:
For stays of 14 nights or longer, there is a utility cap of $300 per month (covering gas, water, and electricity combined). This is a generous allowance for a home of this size, and in most cases, guests remain well within the limit. In the rare event of usage exceeding this cap, overages may be charged separately.
To keep our home well-maintained and comfortable for every guest, we work with professional service providers. During your stay, you may notice them taking care of the following:
