The Cottonwood home

Welcome to The Cottonwood Home! It’s located on the top floor of my remodeled home. The house is on the very convenient location and easy access to get on 405 and 5 freeways, and it’s within 5-7 minutes away to Alderwood mall, Costco, Whole food, Target, Walmart, H-mart, 3 mins to Martha lake and 25 mins (without traffic) to Seattle.
The space
The place is spacious with living area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 queen bed), 1 bathroom. We also provide a travel crib for your little one upon request. We have toys for toddler as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with, tea, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, olive oil, spices, cookware, the air fry and convection oven.
Guest access
The space is on the upper unit. You will have the entire upper level of the house and the private deck with patio furniture and private laundry in unit. We also provide parking spot for you!
Other things to note
The owner family (My husband and my child ) lives in the lower unit of the house that is separated from upstair unit. Because it’s an older home, sometimes noise can transfer, keeping the noise during the quiet hours 10pm-6am is very helpful.

The portable Air conditioners are only hooked up during summer season.
