Welcome to my College Station Retreat – your perfect Aggieland home away from home with the perfect blend of contemporary comfort, accessibility, and tranquility. With 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms this charming townhome is great for the entire family or even multiple families. Open layout with lots of natural lighting. New stainless steel kitchen appliances so you can cook and eat comfortably during your stay, but also super close to some amazing restaurants - College Station has so much good food! Outdoor patio space with seating. Located just East of Hwy 6 off Harvey Rd, enjoy quick access from out-of-town while being only minutes from Texas A&M University, Veteran’s Park, restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. The next time you’re planning an overnight stay in or near College Station, keep this adorable property in mind! STR2024-000129

Key Features:

• Three Spacious Bedrooms: Primary bedroom with king bed, desk, dresser, smart TV and ensuite bath with double sinks, spacious walk-in shower, and very large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, dresser and separate entrance to bathroom shared with bedroom #2. Half bath is centrally located and convenient to all bedrooms.

• Contemporary Living Spaces: The open concept design seamlessly blends living, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with cable for entertainment, and the dining area with seating for 9 provides a welcoming space for meals or game nights.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook and serve a full meal or put together quick sandwiches prior to your outings. Coffee, tea cream, sugar and sugar substitute are provided. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar offers additional seating.

• Wifi – Fast WIFI is available throughout townhome.

• Laundry: Enjoy a laundry room with a modern, full-sized washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

• Private Fenced Back Yard: Step outside to your own private oasis – a small fenced-in yard with a covered patio, ceiling fan, table and chairs is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening meal. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this outdoor space adds an extra layer of charm to your stay.

• Ample Parking: Keep your vehicle secure and easily access your home, rain or shine in the one car garage. Two cars can park in the back driveway. Additional street parking is available in the front.

• Amenities/entertainment: Access to neighborhood pool. Beach towels are provided! Townhome has TV's, cable, books, games, puzzles, and cards to keep you entertained in between adventures.

• Self Check-in: Check yourself in and out using your own personalized access code with the smartlock on the back door by the garage.

• Pets: To keep the home clean and beautiful for everyone, I’m currently not allowing pets (not even my own!) to stay at the townhome.

Great townhouse in a quiet community

We were very pleased with our townhouse rental. It was very clean with all of the modern top notch amenities. The neighborhood was nice & quiet with restaurants & gas stations nearby. I would definitely use this service again.

Amazing Aggieland Stay!

This place was perfect. The check in process was easy, and the directions and info from our host was clear and easy to follow. The home itself was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Lots of space to move and have privacy but also area's to spend time together. The bed in the master was amazing, and I miss it already. I did not sleep in the other rooms but, my son said he slept well and was very comfortable in the other room. The shower was also wonderful. The location was also great. Everything we needed to get to was within 10 mins at most. The campus was very close and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I am definitely keeping this place on our list for our next visit to College Station.

Clean, comfortable quiet in College Station

This house was the perfect spot for my parents, sister and I to stay in College Station while we visited with family. It's a quiet corner in this big college town with great access to everywhere. The house was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, and our hostess was incredibly accommodating. Would stay again!

College visit

We were visiting college station for Aggie Day and booked the townhouse for the weekend. It was perfect for our family.It had everything we needed and was very clean. I recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in college station.

Great place to stay in College Station

The entire family was happy with our stay.The youngsters were overjoyed to have their own beds to sleep in, and the host even left them some wonderful treats to enjoy. The house was clean and comfortable.The neighborhood was peaceful, and the few people I saw were really friendly to me and my family. Thank you for such a nice time at your place.

So NICE and very CLEAN

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice for Christmas with our family. This home is beautiful, clean and super nice in every way! Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. All linens (sheets and shower) were high quality and very nice. The attached garage kept us from getting wet while unpacking and repacking the car. Wonderful communication with the owner. She answered our questions almost immediately. You’ll be very pleased with this choice.

Great Weekend!!

Went to College Station for the weekend to see my daughter at TAMU and go to Santa’s Wonderland with the family! The house was perfect, just like the pictures and has plenty of parking! We arrived to a basket of snacks and cold bottles of water! There are games and puzzles in the drawers of the tv stand. We will definitely be back!

Awesome & 100% worth it.

I feel like the value you get out of this place for what you pay is great. 100% recommend staying here. Was very clean and the host communicated well. The fact that this host didn’t put a ridiculous price on their Vrbo due to it being a game day weekend says a lot about the type of person they are and that is a great person.

Absolute BEST in College Station.

We have stayed at some wonderful places in College Station over the past 8 years but no where else even compares. Charming Retreat is beautiful, spacious, and wonderfully appointed. It is obvious that Lisa takes great pride in maintaining the home! Lisa was super accommodating and answered many questions ahead of time as I was worried about accessibility with my elderly parents staying with us. We had a fantastic visit with family and will look to stay here EVERY time we return to College Station in the future. Thanks Lisa for making everything perfect!

Ring Day Weekend

We rented this place for our son’s Ring Day weekend. We loved it! It was very beautiful and cozy! The layout was perfect and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 5 of us who stayed there! The owner was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Game Day Weekend!

Stayed the weekend for the TAMU football game and we had a blast! About a 10-12 min drive to Kyle Field! Spacious, quiet, and clean! Nice little touches of Aggie spirit throughout the townhome! Comfy beds too! Would love to stay here on our next visit!

Great home in College station

This home was very conveniently located to everything. We came into town for graduation. The house was well stocked and had some snacks and waters for us which was very nice surprise. The master bedroom had an adjustable tempurpedic bed that I just slept so great in. Overall we loved this home.

I'm from Tomball, Texas, a small suburb of Houston. I enjoy going to College Station for games and to have a getaway from home. I recently bought this adorable townhome to use when I'm in town and to operate as a STR to help cover the cost of owning it. Once you come and stay here, I know you will love it as much as me. It is peaceful, elegant, spacious and very accommodating.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this neighborhood because it is so easily accessible when coming in from out of town but is just as accessible to A&M and all the other awesome attractions in the area as accommodations west of Hwy 6. Being just east of Hwy 6 is so wonderful from a traffic/congestion perspective because it is quick and easy to get around even on game weekends. It's also super close to tons of yummy restaurants and shops. It takes less than 15 minutes to drive and park at Kyle field during events.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My property is unique because it is furnished and equipped just like your own home. I wanted it to feel like a home and not a hotel. I have tried to include everything you will need to have a peaceful, entertaining visit to College Station. If you find something is missing, please let me know immediately!
