Cette adorable maison est un style industriel moderne avec un peu de fantaisie ajouté. C'est une sensation confortable et détendue qui est très attrayante. Il est situé au cœur du Texas A & M Aggieland à College Station, au Texas. Il est idéalement situé à distance de marche du Kyle Field pour tous les matchs de football, de baseball et de basket-ball Aggie. Également situé à proximité de plusieurs restaurants populaires. Notre approche consiste à nous enregistrer nous-mêmes au moyen d’une boîte verrouillée, mais je suis disponible si vous avez des questions ou des préoccupations. Holidays with the Family

The house is cute. The kitchen was really nice with a big island. The master bedroom and bath were nice as well. It was close to my son and his family which is where we spent most of our time. The only thing was it was right by the train track but that didn't really bother us. The house worked for what we needed it for and I would stay there again.

Excellent Location

Excellent location for everything fire school, Aggieland and restaurants or bars!! The property was very clean and we loved having the backyard. The property manager was extremely accommodating and did everything she could to make our stay even better!! We will definitely book again!

Overall good stay

Stayed here 3 nights with two dogs and my college age daughter. Property is updated, a few blocks from campus just off Wellborn. Plenty of parking. Backyard is large and fenced. There is an interesting combination of window A/C units and central air. Wi-Fi works well. TVs are fine except I couldn’t get TV in one of the bedrooms to work. Not sure if it was an issue of the remote or TV itself or me. Couple of things though….kitchen supplies/utensils/cookware is badly worn and in need of updating. There is No vent fan or light for stove/oven. There are a couple of uncovered/exposed nails/carpet staples leading into the bedrooms. Be careful if barefoot. Not sure if it’s simply this unit or the city but mosquitoes are an issue. Finally, I wish the bbq grill was gas instead of charcoal. This Did not use. Would I rent again….probably.

Coronavirus Trip

Unfortunately for us we made a trip for a tournament being held at A&M. We came in Wednesday night, played Thursday and then everything was cancelled without a refund due to the Coronavirus. Our stay was suppose to end Sunday. We tried to contact the VRBO owner about us leaving early and if a refund was possible. That was Friday, and I’ve never heard anything to this day. I understand it’s unprecedented with the virus causing so much uncertainty. Also I didn’t purchase trip insurance so it’s most likely not possible. On a brighter note we loved the house. It’s pretty noisy with the number of trains that go by along with the traffic. Motorists seem to speed quite a bit on that stretch of road. The back yard was overgrown with weeds and not mowed. The house is well equipped with kitchen items. It was a great location to go back and forth to the A&M Tennis Center. The TV’s were nice and large, the internet is fast, the bathrooms were great for the two couples. There are a few things that need some work. Several doors in the house do not stay shut including the exterior doors. Going into the master-bath there are carpet nails sticking up. The closet door in the master bedroom has a sharp edge that can really hurt. It’s really a great little house, but for us and this crazy virus that’s spreading it really put a damper on everything.

Tailgate location

Had a great stay at this property! This is an older house that has been updated in a very cute way. Although updated, the house had a little bit of an old smell, the coffee pot did not work, and it is right off a very busy road with a nearby train track. Upon checking in, a realtor came by to put out a for sale sign and shortly after, the maintenance man dropped by toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, our stay went really well.

Amazing location

This property is all about location. We went to an Aggie basketball game. Easy walk to Reed. House is older but remodeled. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. If you are doing anything on campus and need a close place, I’d highly recommend.

Family stayed at this nice house for a soccer tournament. The house was in a great location. No ice maker - we bought ice No Tupperware or serving bowls WiFi didn’t work

Game Day Weekend

Great location for a game day weekend. We were able to walk to the stadium. Only downside was that it is close to the road/train. That really didn’t bother us much though. Would definitely stay again!

Great House and Location

Wonderful clean home and great location in spite of being on a busy street and across from railroad tracks. The schedule of the trains did not interfere with our sleeping or enjoyment of home. Fenced backyard is a wonderful plus, especially if you have a dog. Host is wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay at this wonderful home again. Thanks, Cora

Great Location/Convenience

The location of the house was great which provided such an easy access to and from the Texas A&M campus. The main downside were the neighbors who played loud music into the early morning hours. Would probably stay at this VRBO again with ear plugs in tow.

Apartment Move-In Day

We stayed the night to help my daughter move into her apartment for the Fall semester. We LOVED this location. Wellborn is always busy but if you take the side streets you are good. Clean, cute, with a Master Suite in the back that is really nice. I love the upgrades with the open ceiling. Getting in was easy, instructions when closing up are clear. I would totally stay here again. GREAT location for tailgating. You really can walk to the stadium, and pass all the tailgates along the way!

Texas A&M visit

My daughter and I were in town from out of state for her new student conference. This house was not only in the perfect location, but it was adorable and excellent for the two of us. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We plan to book here again if it’s available during future visits.

New Student Conference

Excellent location, the size of the house is deceptive from the front - plenty of room for our party of 4. There was an issue at check-in, but owner was communicative about it and worked to find a solution that would work for both of us. There was a small issue with cleanliness, but I gave it 5 stars overall because we would choose to stay here again.

Perfect for A&M NSC

This cozy home was perfect for my husband, son and I during NSC. Great location. We loved the open ceiling and lil touches throughout the home. Look forward to staying again on our visits to A&M.

Quick trip!

We came in just for one night to look at places for our incoming freshman to live off campus. The house is just as it says and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. It was a little musky throughout and the ceiling in the living room is interesting for sure. It was fairly clean minus a few dead bugs and the backyard is great for pets! If you are a light sleeper be sure to bring ear plugs or a noise machine as it is close to a busy main road and the train tracks - train runs at night too but doesn’t blow its horn. Master bed sinks in the middle so for two people it was a little uncomfortable.
