Venez vous détendre à la maison de notre plage devant le golfe. Une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil et le lever du soleil peut être vu sur l'un des 3 balcons privés face au golfe. Rien de plus rajeunissant puis couché dans du sable blanc avec une boisson glacée et Emerald Gulf Waters s'écraser sur vos orteils. Les dauphins peuvent être vus en train de jouer au loin tandis que les voiliers glissent. Cette 3 chambres à coucher 2 1/2 salle de bain a une suite de maître king avec salle de bain privée et balcon avant de débrayage Gulf, 2ème chambre a un lit king avec balcon walkout, 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux décorés dans le thème nautique, avec télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre.
Amusez-vous dans le grand salon ouvert et profitez de la grande cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Close to beach!

Walking distance up and over the dunes to the beach. Can't beat that! Not much walking distance besides the beach, which was fine for us. All other pieces will be a drive.

Fantastic

Last minute quick beach vacation with our teenagers. The townhouse was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

Best vacation!

What an amazing time we had on our stay. Got married right outside on the beach. Townhome was very well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, very comfy beds and very clean. Thank you for a great place to stay and celebrate!!!! We will be back !!!

Home away from home!

We felt right at home the minute we stepped foot in the door! Very clean and welcoming! Was the perfect place to relax with our kids first time to the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Even Better than Expected

This was a perfect stay I will definitely be revisiting in the future. Where most listings post pictures giving missleading impressions on room sizes, I was pleasantly surprised at how much bigger the downstairs living room and kitchen area actually are when compared to the images posted. I fully expected a basic condo type space but it really is a much bigger space than you expect. Perfect location with minimal beach traffic due to its residential location with no big hotels nearby. Very close to the pier and bay with restaurants and groceries easily accessible as well. Very quiet and clean with plenty of amenities such as board games, DVDs, Roku, and paddle board that make this a perfect choice for a family vacation.

Amazing place!

We loved everything about staying at this place! From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness and furnishings of this townhouse. The place was well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. The area is pristine and very quiet. We were only 25 minutes from the dog beach which was wonderful! We've stayes in many places along the coastline and this is by far one of the nicest!

Winter Retreat

Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo on the beach away from the crowds of the high rises but just short drive to local attractions. Fully furnished needed knitting.

This property was just as it was described it was perfect for a family with small children.

This was the perfect place for this new blended family to meet, we loved it because it was so family friendly we all hope to be able to come back next year together. (The only thing that was missing for us was baby gates for the stairs but other than that it was perfect)

Great place. Had everything needed to grill fish boil crab legs kitchen had it all. Comfortable beds, outdoor furniture and living room furniture. The closet for beach items was full tubes, chairs, toys and umbrellas!

Great place to enjoy the beach!

We loved our stay at Life's A Beach. A wonderful townhouse in a place not full of overgrown development, and snarling traffic with overcrowded beaches. This townhouse was just as described in the listing, and worked beautifully for us, and being on the beach, we enjoyed easy access to the water, and fabulous times on the deck at evening. Townhouse was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and well stocked large kitchen. Diana was perfect in answering questions we had about activities and attractions in the area. This is a truly great place to be! Can't wait for our next trip to Navarre Beach!

Charming town house with amazing views

We arrived late in the evening and had no issues checking into the unit. The town house is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, beautiful dishes and tommy hillfiger towels. There is TV in all the bedrooms and the living room. This a great dog friendly location with plenty of places to walk the pups and dog friendly neighbors. The master shower is wonderful and plenty of room for 6 people to stay comfortably. We had one small issue and the property managers were on it immediately and resolved it personally. There was no one booked after us so they offered us an extra day or a late check out at no extra cost. Excellent customer service, we would absolutely stay here again!

Black mold

The property was ok. When you walk in you smell a musty smell. It was clean and orderly. The upstairs bathroom in the hallway has black mold on the shower curtain, ceiling and walls in the shower. The vent fan also doesn’t work in that bathroom either. The ceiling fan in the twin bedroom is very shaky and loud. The main king bedroom was nice. The bathroom was spacious. The shower head is just very high. The other king bedroom was nice as well. Just a little small. The downstairs living room, kitchen and powder room were all nice.

Nice view but condo is dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Navarre Beach and this condo building. We have stayed in the condo next to this one and love it. It was booked so we stayed at this one. The carpet smells so bad and has dog urine stains on it. We brought our small dog and he had fleas on him within a day of being there. They said it was from the beach but we have been numerous times and never had this issue. I lined the carpet with towels because of how nasty it was. If they changed the flooring and updated this place some, it would be great. Beach access is awesome and not crowded.

Enjoyed everything about this trip.

Enjoyed this mini vacation. It's not often you can say it was perfect. But from the drive down to the drive back home it was. We arrived 20:00, finding the rental was easy. The place was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates and cook ware. We ate all meals in. The floor plan was great for getting to gether with family and friends. The veiw fron the bedrooms and the deck was fantastic. You dont even need to yake towel or beach chairs, the place had all of that and beach toys. The beach was beautiful white sands and turquoise water. During this trip it was like having a privite beach. Not a lot of people on the beach. Navarre Beach was one of my favotite beaches to go to back in the late 70's, it was never crowded and it is the same today. If there were any issues or questions Diana responded quickly. Normally we stay in hotels having two rooms and limited to where you could stay because of our Border Collie. This trip was perfect we were all together and had family and friends over. This property was just as it was discribed and I highly recommend it. I will be looking to book it again for next summer. Thanks Diana.

Expected Good, Got Great!!!

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay here!! We had initially booked a place on Amelia Island during fall break. Hurricane Ian had other ideas and our rental was evacuated. Since we all had taken time off from work we decided to scramble and see what we could find where Ian wasnt an issue. Being that we were bringing our dog, rentals on the beach that accept dogs are far and few between...especially when you want to rent the next week. We found this unit and we grabbed it. It looked nice from the photos, but pics can be deceiving. I walked in holding my breath not sure what we'd find and was greated by the awesome full wall of windows looking out onto the emerald coast. All my fears disappeared. The unit was clean and very spacious. The view from both balconies was fantastic. The short walk across the dune to the water was perfect for the times we "forgot" something or wanted a bathroom break. We spent all our time on the beach. It was so nice to have some chairs and an umbrella provided. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only issue was the coffee maker was broken the first morning...but we called and they brought a brand new one within 15-20 mins! We were still able to enjoy our morning coffee on the deck and watch the dolphins. We loved the location. Navarre is smaller therefore more quiet (and for us more relaxing) than Destin or Ft Walton. Our only complaint would be the wooden walkway going over the dunes to the beach. It was very weathered and falling apart in some spots. We just made sure to wear our beach shoes. I believe the maintenance of this walkway is the association's responsibility, so not a negative reflection on this unit. But the owners may want to check with the association about getting it fixed. We had 2 guests get cut on it until they wore shoes after that. We definitely will be back to this unit!! Thank thank for your beautiful place!
