Welcome to the Deep Blue Dive!

Located just 10 mins from Navarre Beach, the Deep Blue Dive will make the perfect retreat for the family.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Game room, den and two dining areas. Enclosed heated salt water pool, with an abundance of seating and activities. 12 Beds total, equipped to sleep 16.

-House Guidelines-
POOL: PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury. There is a Alarm on the backdoor leading out to the Pool Area that announces when its opened There is also a lock on the door that should be used. Use the firepit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Use ALL items at your own risk including floats and life jackets.

GUESTS: Please make sure the guest count in your booking is accurate for supplies & occupancy limits.

SERVICES: Pool maintenance will be conducted every Wednesday, this insures balanced water and cleanliness. They will enter through back gate next to pool pump.
Lawn Maintenance is done every other Tuesday. . Reminders will be sent out if your stay overlaps either of these days.


ALARMS: Alarms will be disabled upon check in. Each time the back door is opened, there will be notifications chiming in the house. This helps with keeping children from going out back unattended.

RULES:
- No Smoking of Any Kind
- Please don't leave Children alone in Pool area
- Please Do Not Flush anything except Toilet paper down Toilets. Not even flush-able wipes. Septic System is in place.
- Please clean grill off after use with grill brush provided. Do not leave grill unattended and keep away from screened porch area. Please turn the
the gas off when not in use.
- Quiet hours are form 9pm-7am
AMENITIES: Fully stocked coffee bar, couple dishwasher tabs, laundry packets, and bathroom toiletries will be provided.

POOL/BEACH: Please do not alter any Pool settings, to include removal of safety buoys and pool pump equipment. Pool Floats/Toys can be found in the storage bins around the backyard. Beach supplies are in the garage/game room on the shelf. Upon Departure please make sure all toys and floats are removed from pool and placed back in the bins. All floats, swimming vest, toys USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We can not guarantee the safety of the swim devices.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with seasonings, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, silverware, cups, glasses, plates, etc. Ice Machine and filtered water is available from fridge. Toaster, knives, coffee pot, blender is available to use.

WINDOWS: For safety reasons, please do not open.

SOFA BED/FUTON: Please let me know in advance if you will be using the sofa bed or futon in the game room so that fresh bedding will be provided.

HEATING & COOLING: The thermostat is located in the hall way alongside the kitchen. The mini split in the garage/game room has a remote control on the wall for easy use.

TVS: Smart TVs are located throughout the house. You can use the account(s) provided or enjoy your own subscriptions. Each remote is labeled as to which TV it belongs to.

SPRINKLERS- The sprinkler system is on well water, it is set to come on daily starting around 5pm. This does not interfere with your pool time or derail entry to and from the house.

GAMEROOM: No drinks on the pool table or gaming consoles.
PS5 has four controllers and games downloaded in console to play.
VR headset is available to play
FURNISHINGS: Please do not move furniture around.

LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer is located in hallway leading out to Garage/Game Room. You will be provided with a couple laundry packs to start off your stay.

TRASH: Trash Bins are located on side of the garage. Trash service comes every Wednesday…. _______________________________________________No cleaning or processing fish or sea animals in the house. (Violating this rule will incur a $300 dollar fee)
Additionally any food prepared in the home that leaves a strong distinctive odor that require additional cleaning will, incur an additional fee not to exceed $300.

DEPARTURE: Check out time is 10:00 am Central.
-Run dirty dishes in the dishwasher
-Lock Doors, turn off lights
-Put Dirty Towels in Laundry Baskets
-Remove toys/floats from pool.
-Remove all trash inside the house & place in bins on side of garage.

In the event that something is broken, lost, or malfunctions, please let me know immediately so that I can replace/repair it before the next guest arrives. I understand that accidents happen, and will work with you
to assess any damages if necessary.


Please note that for your security and the security of the property there are three exterior camera’s outside monitoring the front porch & camera above the garage, and camera directed towards pool pump. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with children & pets.

A gas grill is provided. Please clean after use and turn off the propane tank. Please do not move the grill towards the screen area and do not leave grill unattended.
