Venez profiter de cette maison haut de gamme et spacieuse située sur la plage de Navarre. Ce lotissement 3B / 3B Beach Gulf Front avec 2 ponts surplombe les plages de sable blanc et les vagues émeraude de la plage de Navarre. Aucun escalier à monter, prenez l'ascenseur privé du sol au troisième étage. Le salon principal du deuxième étage dispose de doubles portes coulissantes qui s��ouvrent sur une grande terrasse spacieuse avec de nombreux transats et une table. Également une télévision grand écran avec câble HD, accès Internet WiFi, lecteurs de DVD / magnétoscopes, système audio complet dans toutes les pièces avec interphone, y compris les haut-parleurs extérieurs. Les caractéristiques de la cuisine, les comptoirs en granit, les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable (Jenn Air et Kitchen-Aid), les fours multifonctions à convection et à micro-ondes, le garde-manger, le mixeur, le mixeur, le robot-pain, le grille-pain, la cafetière et le moulin à caf�� en grains. Buanderie avec W / D et grand évier.

La maison offre une suite parentale avec un lit king-size Sleep Comfort réglable, une grande baignoire et un grand dressing. La salle de bain comprend 2 lavabos, une douche séparée et une baignoire à jets. Les doubles portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur la terrasse bien exposée du troisième étage où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin tout en regardant les dauphins.

You will have no regrets booking this place.

We stayed from Thursday till Sunday. The view is better than you imagine. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest bars and restaurants and pier. It’s about 30 minutes from Pensacola and 30 minutes from Destin. The beach was very quiet and perfect. We had nine of us going and was worried about space but the townhouse was plenty of room for us. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend staying here. In the morning you’ll see about six different dolphins trying to catch breakfast.

The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making our own meals. The sleeping accommodations were excellent and very cozy. We had such a good time with the direct access to the beach and we certainly enjoyed watching the sunsets from our decks. The elevator was such a bonus! We both have heart conditions, so not having to negotiate the steps was a real boost (pun intended) We certainly plan to come again.

Best experience in many years!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Everyone there wants the same thing, to have a low key restful and quiet vacay. Perfect place to get some R & R!September: Weather was perfect, water was warm. Seaweed & Jelly fish showed up the last 2 days of our stay, but we drove down to Destin and the water was clean and perfect for swimming.

Everything was as described. The view from the master and the direct beach access well worth it. Location was perfect and never crowded. We came end of July first of Aug for a week. Anything you need is within a short drive.

Beautiful view!!!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property

We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

Seamless views of the beach & water

Reviewer Comments: Bravo on the porch railing now being "see-through" as you feel totally engrossed w/ the water & beach from all (window) angles in the house. Water was perfect, weather was outstanding and the house really does have everything you need to cook & feel comfortable. Elevator was a godsend for packing/unpacking. Appreciate all of the water toys (though we didn't use, it was nice to have access). Thank you! I absolutely recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was so many great things about this place! The house was clean and well-kept. Open concept which makes hanging out easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with some basics but also other items like a nice blender, crockpot, griddle. Both decks provided beautiful views and the furniture that was very comfortable and the walk to the beach is just seconds away from the house. There is an extra fridge in the storage under the house, and that was so helpful to have! The kids loved the paddle board and the beach furniture was in great condition! Once we figured out the elevator, it was such a help with luggage and when we had groceries. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for the month of February escaping our Michigan winter. The house was spotless on out arrival. It is very well equiped ( does need more forks), with very comfy beds,nice linens and well equipped kitchen. The elevator was a big plus for me 3 months after knee replacement. The location is convenient and beautiful...with the ability to see BOTH sunrise and sunset! My favorite was the deck off of the master bedroom to see the dolphins and the big waves. We had dinner at Andy D's a few times and it was very good...blackened grouper was excellant. The only complaint was the everyday noice of deck repair next door! Other then that I highly recommend this rental

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!
