Venez profiter de cette maison haut de gamme et spacieuse située sur la plage de Navarre. Ce lotissement 3B / 3B Beach Gulf Front avec 2 ponts surplombe les plages de sable blanc et les vagues émeraude de la plage de Navarre. Aucun escalier à monter, prenez l'ascenseur privé du sol au troisième étage. Le salon principal du deuxième étage dispose de doubles portes coulissantes qui s��ouvrent sur une grande terrasse spacieuse avec de nombreux transats et une table. Également une télévision grand écran avec câble HD, accès Internet WiFi, lecteurs de DVD / magnétoscopes, système audio complet dans toutes les pièces avec interphone, y compris les haut-parleurs extérieurs. Les caractéristiques de la cuisine, les comptoirs en granit, les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable (Jenn Air et Kitchen-Aid), les fours multifonctions à convection et à micro-ondes, le garde-manger, le mixeur, le mixeur, le robot-pain, le grille-pain, la cafetière et le moulin à caf�� en grains. Buanderie avec W / D et grand évier.

La maison offre une suite parentale avec un lit king-size Sleep Comfort réglable, une grande baignoire et un grand dressing. La salle de bain comprend 2 lavabos, une douche séparée et une baignoire à jets. Les doubles portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur la terrasse bien exposée du troisième étage où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin tout en regardant les dauphins.

L'autre chambre à l'étage dispose de 2 lits queen-size et d'une salle de bain complète avec douche et dressing. La chambre à l'étage principal a un lit queen avec salle de bain attenante avec douche.

We loved this home!

This was a great property for our family. The location is great. The home had so many extras like toys/games, beach items, bikes, paddle board, and beach towels. We appreciated the elevator as we unloaded and loaded the car. The kitchen was also great. So many beach homes don't have pantry space to put your groceries and this home had tons of available storage. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Only steps to the beach so it made it easy to come and go when we needed to cool off. The AC worked well (That's important for these hot summer days). The elevator was cool and helpful for getting luggage up to the rooms. Overall, everything was great for our trip.

The elevator is very convenient for luggage, groceries, etc. It is a quiet duplex with essentially all of your cooking needs. It is a convenient, walk out to the beach with numerous beach accessories available for use in the storage area. They outdoor shower is a great addition.

You will have no regrets booking this place.

We stayed from Thursday till Sunday. The view is better than you imagine. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest bars and restaurants and pier. It’s about 30 minutes from Pensacola and 30 minutes from Destin. The beach was very quiet and perfect. We had nine of us going and was worried about space but the townhouse was plenty of room for us. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend staying here. In the morning you’ll see about six different dolphins trying to catch breakfast.

Best experience in many years!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful visit

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view of the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Highly recommend this lovely beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made an excellent choice as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch! Everything was as described and so comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed making our own meals. The sleeping accommodations were excellent and very cozy. We had such a good time with the direct access to the beach and we certainly enjoyed watching the sunsets from our decks. The elevator was such a bonus! We both have heart conditions, so not having to negotiate the steps was a real boost (pun intended) We certainly plan to come again.

Everything was as described. The view from the master and the direct beach access well worth it. Location was perfect and never crowded. We came end of July first of Aug for a week. Anything you need is within a short drive.

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property

We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

Seaweed & Jelly fish showed up the last 2 days of our stay, but we drove down to Destin and the water was clean and perfect for swimming.

Beautiful view!!!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Beautiful home and quiet beach

The home was recently remodeled with modern finishings and tastefully decorated. The rooms were very spacious and inviting for our family. I had my husband and 3 kids, my parents, and my sister all accommodated very comfortably. I was even surprised to find a pack n play and highchair for the 1 year old. We loved our visit and time there. Also, the semi private walkway to the beach was super helpful with kids. I highly recommend booking here with family.

Water was perfect, weather was outstanding and the house really does have everything you need to cook & feel comfortable. Elevator was a godsend for packing/unpacking. Appreciate all of the water toys (though we didn't use, it was nice to have access). Thank you! I absolutely recommend!!

Million Dollar View

We stayed here with two other couples for a week, the men were all highschool buddies, yes, 40 plus years ago, yikes! The home is extremely clean and absolutely has everything you need for the beach, kitchen, (including quite an array of spices), bathrooms, bedrooms, grilling. The elevator was a true blessing when unloading luggage and bringing home groceries. The views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, the pics on the web site don't do it justice. We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is layed out nicely whereby all bedrooms have privacy, the kitchen, living area and second floor deck all flow together very well. Short stay, early May, 2023

The property was just as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The master bedroom has a great view of the gulf and the master shower was huge with two shower heads, on facing walls. Nice large King bed, very comfortable. Easy access to the beach via adjacent boardwalk. Three bedrooms total. All nicely appointed. Outside privacy (via slat boards) shower available to clean sand off feet, etc., prior to entering the unit. This unit is located close to a Publix (on mainland) for grocery shopping and there are several close by restaurants, several of which are on the island. If, you are planning a trip to Navarre Beach and stay at this townhouse, I don’t think you will be disappointed. Check out Gulf Breeze Zoo. We took our son there many years ago when he was a wee lad. Enjoy and be safe, all. Overall, I’d give a 10 star rating 10/10.

Great family trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Dolphin Watch . The kitchen is well stocked and appliances all worked, however the blender is old and should be replaced. Furniture in living area is comfortable. The upstairs master is very nice and more updated than the other bedrooms. Bathroom shower with the upstairs queen beds did not give hot water. The bedroom on the main floor has a very uncomfortable squeaky bed and an essentially useless futon bed. The bed should be replaced with a new king and just eliminate the futon. The unit provides beach towels, some chairs, a pack n play, and beach toys, which is very nice. The outdoor deck needs replacing, and soon. There are broken, loose slats and nails protruding everywhere which is a big safety hazard. We loved Navarre and will be back but would not stay here again unless there is a new deck and upgraded bedding downstairs.
