Welcome to Navarre Island’s most private beach retreat—a true oasis just a short walk to the Beach. Spend your days on sugary white sand and only a few minutes away from your own heated swimming pool, huge fenced private backyard, and a spacious outdoor hangout area built for memory‑making: hammocks for naps, a big-screen TV for game night, music by the pool, and a large firepit for late‑night s’mores.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, and suited for families and groups. You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen (including both a Keurig and a 12‑cup drip coffee maker), a comfortable living space with a large Smart TV, and plenty of seating for meals and together time. With 4 bedrooms and room for everyone, it’s the perfect setup for beach weeks, friend getaways, or multi‑family trips.

What a great place to stay for our family of 5 and pup! It was such a comfortable getaway for Spring Break and despite the chill and wind, a day never went by that we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful beach and gorgeous backyard! Amazing backyard! Hosts were responsive and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the location as well- Navarre Beach is quieter than Pensacola, but the house is just a short walk to the beach and about 25 min drive to Pensacola.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. Its close to the beach, beautifully decorated, very clean, the pool area is just fabulous. The home owners are great and they have put alot of thought into making their property a perfect stay! Down to the smallest details you feel like your home. I couldnt recommend this property enough!

What an incredible experience! I almost don’t want to leave a review because I’d love to keep it all to myself, but the hosts are too gracious not to commend!! My husband and I came down for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and has everything you can possibly need. The pool and backyard are to die for! The owners were amazing and thoughtful too. We will for sure be nack!

Overall happy with stay

The house was clean, had everything as advertised. The location to the beach was convenient and we used a golf cart, but walking would be ok. Backyard had plenty to entertain teens. House also had a good selection of beach chairs/toys. So we didn't have to bring our own. Would recommend!

Great stay at Navarre Bech

The house is stocked with everything you may need for your beach trip. The back yard is truly perfect for hanging out. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor music, outdoor tv, and fire pit. The setup is perfect.

We had an amazing trip with our three grown sons and their significant others. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Our hosts were more than gracious and hospitable. We had our fur babies join us and they loved the home, as well. The outdoor space was amazing and fun to relax in the hammocks, the pool, play cornhole as well as watch our favorite sports while playing board games and cards. We could not have asked for a more accommodating home to relax and call home for our large family’s vacation.

Backyard Delight

This house offered everything we could possibly have needed. It is very well stocked from the kitchen to the pool supplies. The ice maker on the bottom floor is a bonus feature that’s perfect for the pool. The backyard is so nice. The pool is the primary feature but the seating and hammocks are a welcome place to hang out. There’s even a fire pit perfect for making s’mores! We absolutely loved spending our vacation in this lovely home. Beach was in walking distance so very convenient location.

Wonderful house, amazing back yard.

Great modern house with everything a family needs. The backyard is huge, enclosed, safe, and full of entertainment. Pool and hot tub are great, we paid for pool to be heated, kids didnt want to leave the backyard/pool. Highly recommend this beach house.

As beautiful as described !

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. House was super clean and never had any issues with anything. The backyard was the highlight of it all, kids loved listening to their music over the bluetooth soundsystem while swimming in the pool. Best part was that the beach was only a very quick walk away from the house. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with family who wants an affordable beach house rental and we'd definitely stay here again.

We are an adventurous middle-aged family who welcomes you, your friends, family and pets to make memories at the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The main reason we love Navarre Beach is that it is gorgeous and totally peaceful as if few have found it yet. Visit any other beach like this and you will see crowds of people and finding a seashell is nearly impossible. At Navarre Beach you walk down most anywhere and start walking west and quickly fill up a shell bag with seashells and other rare treasures. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are no properties here with a Private backyard except for ours. We built this backyard with a large sand berm around the outside with the primary goal of limiting the visibility into the backyard as much as possible, as well as protecting it from wind and salt spray yet still feel the ocean breeze and hearing the waves crashing. It truly is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping that provides a natural habitat to butterflies and birds.
