This cozy retreat features 1 or 2 tiny homes specially created for those looking to getaway in the great outdoors with relaxing seclusion filled peace and serenity. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or get out and hike, bike, or trail ride on 90 acres of private trails directly bordering the Cherokee National Forest.

Each home boasts 2 lofts (one full bed and one queen bed) and a pull-out couch (that converts to a full size bed) allowing sleeping for 5-6 guests per home. Guests can choose to stay in both homes (using this listing). Or, if your party is smaller, choose our Ole Bear's Den 1 listing which allows access to the Sage home only (all outdoor amenities are still available). Rest assured, your privacy will be respected. The Backwoods home will not be available to any other group should you use the Ole Bear's Den 1 listing.

Highlights of the homes included... mini-split heating and cooling, shower supplied by an instant hot water heater, smart TV, high speed WIFI internet, board games, hot top cook stove, fridge / freezer, kitchen sink, microwave, hairdryer, and washer / dryer combo.
