Belle cabine contemporaine de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec vue imprenable sur la montagne!

Smoky Mountain Hideaway est une cabane en rondins à aire ouverte de 4 chambres dans un cadre très privé sur le côté sud de Chilhowee Mountain. Situé à environ un demi-mile du parc national de Smoky Mountain, la vue sur les montagnes depuis les vastes porches avant est spectaculaire! Nous sommes à 5 minutes de superbes sentiers de randonnée à l'intérieur du parc et pêche à la mouche le long du ruisseau Abrams. Il n'est qu'à 10-15 minutes de la queue du dragon, de la promenade Foothills et de la tour d'observation Look Rock.

La cabine peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et dispose de 3 salles de bain complètes. Il a 160 pieds de porches couverts face aux montagnes. Une allée entièrement pavée et un garage pour deux voitures le rendent idéal pour parcourir la queue du dragon et la promenade des contreforts. Avec 3200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il offre beaucoup d'intimité. La grande cuisine gastronomique est entièrement équipée, sauf pour la nourriture.

Après une dure journée de visites ou de chevaucher le Dragon, vous pouvez vous détendre et regarder vos émissions ou films préférés sur les téléviseurs LED avec YouTube TV, Netflix et Hulu ou des DVD. Ou asseyez-vous simplement sur le porche entièrement couvert, écoutez les whippoorwills, les coyotes et Mill Creek pendant que vous regardez les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur les montagnes. Nous avons également un superbe feu de pierre naturelle derrière la cabine pour une soirée de S'mores ou de contes.

Bien qu'il ne soit pas conforme à l'ADA, le rez-de-chaussée de la maison est facilement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. L'allée, le garage et le rez-de-chaussée de la maison sont au même niveau sans marches.

Nous avons une politique d'annulation libérale sans nettoyage supplémentaire ni frais de propriétaire.

A peaceful mountain retreat

The place was perfect for our needs. We brought 4 cars down from PA to attend a dragon rally car event. We had plenty of space for us and the vehicles. The space was very clean and the communication was very quick with responses to our questions. I would consider staying here again if I ever return to the area.

Absolutely Amazing

What a great hide away! The views from the bottom or top porches are great and the porches have plenty of room to spread out and accommodate everyone. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. We rented this place for our annual motorcycle trip as the pictures made it seem very motorcycle friendly with a paved driveway from the road to the house, room to turn around a trailer for the ones that trailer your bike, and a nice sized garage to keep the bikes out of the weather. Everything was just as pictured and described and very upkept, and the driveway is smoothly paved. No cell signal only wifi which couldnt be any better. Highly highly recommend this place !

We booked here wanting a place big enough for 7 of us, aware it was 30 minutes from the venue we were attending. Not realizing the location (smokey mountains).Once we arrived everyone was in Awww.. Being a family from central California we grew up camping in the Sequoias so this surprise was Amazing. Highly recommend. Not only the location but the cabin, and owners played a huge part in making it enjoyable. We didn't have any littles ones with us but we all talked about how it would be the perfect place for a furture famliy trip.

USMC Reunion

The house is very close to both the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway. If you have motorcycles, the garage can easily fit six (thats how many we had). House was everything they listing stated. Beautiful overlook.

The view is so beautiful. The layout of the house is excellent. The kitchen is stocked with the most complete types of appliances, etc. of any VRBO we’ve been in. Our communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. It was a wonderful stay. I hope to come back.

Stunning cozy family stay

First the view is absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to sit out on the deck in the morning and at night. Our kids got to play with the lizards. They were friendly and loved being held. The layout of the home is perfect. David & Susan put their heart into every detail to make the home feel so cozy. Form Christmas decorations to a fully stocked home with every utensil,small and big appliances. Sooo many blankets for comfort you name it. They had Wi-Fi and streaming Chanel’s which was awesome for the kids when it was downtime. They even had a stock of books, games boards, and coloring utensils for families.David & Susan also stayed in contact up with us and any concerns and quick to respond. If you are looking for a mountain get away with family or kids I highly recommend their beautiful home. You will not be dissapointed

Outstanding property and outstanding owner/manager

The view from the balcony and from the main room are outstanding. The owner graciously provides necessities for running the household for the duration of the visit: dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, shampoo, etc. This is not only a beautiful and relaxing environment, but one of quality and generosity as well. We LOVE it here.

Beautiful Mountain Home

Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was so clean and was decorated beautifully. This home was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry room. It had everything we needed for a great weekend with friends. The mountain views were amazing and we loved watching the deer and wild turkeys as well as the hummingbirds that visited the porch. We would definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

The views were amazing. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the views and sunrise. Driving in from the lake side is a much easier drive than the mountain side. Thanks for the alternate directions.

Beautiful Views and the comforts of home

The mountain views from the porch are breathtaking. We spent a few mornings enjoying the sunrise and viewing birds, deer, and rabbits from the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to cook. The home also has DVDs, board games, extra pillows and blankets, laundry pods, and other details that help make it a home away from home. We look forward to another trip soon!

This was a perfect home base for a family wedding in Maryville. The beautiful home, scenery, and nearby attractions were a bonus. The floor plan includes spacious public areas and privacy to accommodate multiple families. It worked well for everyone, from our 84-year-old mother to our 15-year-old nephew!

We were immediately taken in by the beauty of the setting and the scenery! Then on the inside, every detail was tastefully and thoughtfully in place. All of the interaction with the owner was seamlessly proficient, personal, and professional. We were each refreshed and blessed by the overall experience, including the affordability. Perfect for motorcycles

This is the perfect place if riding the Tail. Huge driveway for trailers and 2 car garage. The views from all porches is amazing. Nice fire pit. Near house. House is well outfitted and large.

My wife and I are retired and live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We purchased this cabin in 2016 as a vacation home because we love being in the mountains. We enjoy the outdoors and activities such as hiking, bird watching and just sitting on the porch and watching the ever changing sky. If you look through our gallery, you'll see a few of the sunrise/sunset photos we've taken from the porch.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the spectacular mountain views, the open layout of the house and the peace and quiet. With all the windows and covered porches you can have a very enjoyable day just sitting on the porch and watching the mountains and sky even if it's a rainy day. The location is also very private and gives us a real sense of being away from it all. During the spring and summer the whippoorwills serenade you every night and sometimes the coyote too. You can hear Mill Creek tumbling down the mountainside almost year 'round and the wind blowing through the pines at any time.

If you want to come and relax in a modern log cabin surrounded by nature with spectacular mountain views this is the place for you. We have free wifi if you feel you have to stay in touch.
