Yes, cabin was very nice, everything was there that you would need. Except no full size oven. Host David was great making sure our stay was going great.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent communication. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. My nephew really enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. This is a very nice place to stay with even nicer people as your hosts. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
We did enjoy our stay. A few things that I will make note of, but we would still come back again! It did take some getting used to not having running water in the kitchenette area. As people who don't tend to eat a lot of ready to serve food, not having a full kitchen was more of a challenge than I thought it would be... but we made it work :-)For my elderly parents, the walkway down was a bit of a challenge with no railing - especially since we arrived after dark due to traffic. Finally, high speed internet really is not. I was barely able to get my maps to load and download to my bike computer, and I was really glad this was not a trip where I would need to do work. All in all, it is a lovely space in a BEAUTIFUL part of the world. I told my husband I would come stay here again and do many more bike rides just starting from this location and exploring!
Very cozy refreshing atmosphere. The cabin was quite and spacious. The owners of the cabin are very nice and good people . We would love to stay there again if we are in the area.
Spotless, with very comfortable beds and furnishings including snacks, towels, and extras! There is not a full kitchen, but they have a toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster oven, and grill available with plenty of disposable dishes. Very quiet, with a great outdoor space facing the woods. Fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating too. Highly rexommend!!!
Cute place, with plenty of room, in a great location. The property is beautiful and captain Dave and Angie are very friendly with great communication. The homemade chocolate chip cookies, chocolate and extra snacks were a great assed touch! Would stay here again!
Stay was for work and pleasure. Loved the area off the beaten path. Country hillsides location with short commutes for necessities and food. Host was very accommodating and assured to resolve any problem should it arise. Host was always available. Nicely decorated. Highly recommend.
The property is amazing from the second you walk in the door. The fishing decorations are something to be marveled and the patio is everyman's dream. I will definitely be booking again.
This property is wonderful and certainly beats a hotel room. David the host is friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The patio looks directly out at a forest where deer meander. We definitely would stay again!
Hi I am Captain David Conner. My wife Angie and I own and operate The Conner Lodge. We enjoy providing exceptional stays at The Conner Lodge for people vacationing in our beautiful Tennessee mountain area. We strive to make The Lodge a memorable experience for you during your stay at our property. Captain David
I found this beautiful property years ago which is in a quiet country setting on 3 1/2 acres and wanted to share it with others visiting our beautiful Tennessee mountain area.
The Conner Lodge is conveniently located in a quiet mountain setting but still close to major attractions in this area. We are on the quieter side of The Great Smokey Mountains only about 20 minutes from The Dragon and about 30 minutes from Townsend and The Foothills Parkway. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are only about an hour from our property. Lake Tellico with boat ramp access is just a few miles from the property for boaters and those who love fishing. Fort Loudon Damn is less than 15 minutes away with nice boat access also. There are several beautiful golf courses near the Lodge for golf enthusiast and hiking trails for those who love to hike.
