Great house for a girls trip. Loved the hot tub, pool, outdoor area plus nice bedrooms and kitchen. Close to beach, restaurants and a few shops. Also responsive host. Would stay there again.

the house was new construction which was nice but you could smell “new paint “ in the bottom foyer area which wasn’t pleasant It’s a pet friendly place but there are at least 3 spots in the back that they can get under the fence so that was fun chasing my dog The ice maker didn’t make barely any ice so we had to buy that the whole time there wasn’t not even one coffee pod to be had the first morning there and i found that unusual bc most vrbos offer that they didn’t put a lot of insulation in the house bc you can hear everything everywhere Not one ceiling fan in any of the rooms . at the end of the stay we did find one box fan (lol) in a spare closet They should advertise the pool as a plunge pool bc it looks much bigger in the photos The linens specifically the comforters were absolutely pathetic for the price we paid for this house Other than that we LOVED the rooftop and the view and the closeness to the water Some of these things are easily fixable and I hope they do for future guests

We're so glad the rooftop, water views, and location were highlights of your trip. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the entryway, ice maker, starter coffee supplies, backyard fencing, pool, linens, and bedroom comfort. The entryway had been freshly painted before your arrival, and we're sorry the odor lingered longer than expected. Since your stay, we've upgraded the home to a luxury linen service. The ice maker has been confirmed to be working properly, though heavy use can temporarily slow production. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, and additional fans are available upon request. The backyard fence is designed as a pool safety barrier, and we've shared your remaining feedback with our team. We truly appreciate your thoughtful review and hope to welcome you back to the island in the future.

Great house & location. House was beautiful, well stocked & family enjoyed the pool, spa & short walk to beach. A couple things of note:1.) the motor for the elevator (or whatever sits above the stairs on the 3rd level) likely needs serviced. It would randomly make a loud noise for a few seconds at night. It took us 2 days to figure out what was making the noise, but would wake people up on the 2nd & 3rd floors.2.) the right side door on the refrigerator seemed loose and repeatedly would pop open even when just using the left side door. Door alarm kept going off.3.) there was an odd smell when first entering the house. Not sure if the renter before us was smoking, but this dissipated over time.
