Three of the 4 bedrooms have a king size bed and the last bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV and access to multiple balconies (3) on both the 1st/2nd levels of the home to take in spectacular views. Large gourmet kitchen, state-of-the art counter-tops, large island, extensive custom cabinetry, top of the line stainless steel appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero) including built in Wolf Steamer! . Our kitchen is well equipped with utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, hotel collection dishes, cups, flatware, cutlery, and bake ware. Dining area with chandelier seats 5 comfortably as well as large kitchen island that seats 3. Stunning wide plank tile floors throughout, exceptionally detailed wood vaulted bead board ceilings with beach vibes.

This dream beach home offers a true indoor/outdoor lifestyle thanks to the multiple balcony spaces with a observatory with panoramic views that allow you to see the beautiful sunsets. Outside you can relax on the covered lanai with comfortable seating or enjoy the pool and heated spa. Also provided are pool toys and chairs for the beach, plus a wagon to hall it all. There is a nice gas grill on the first floor. There are many different types of palm trees on the property including the coconut palms that make the backyard feel more like an island oasis! Enjoy dining poolside or unwind in the spa and after dark under the palm trees in the private backyard. Don't forget to watch the night sky for stargazing while sitting on the roof observatory. This home is across the street from the beach with beach access a short walk to the right (Sea Grape) or left (Cypress), only 5 minutes from the front door to the water's edge. Feel like shopping or grabbing a bite? Need some provisions? Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques and restaurants is only a short 8 minute walk to the south. Finally, if you want to fish, or a beautiful sunset dinner, the famed Rod and Reel Pier is right down the street. The house has everything necessary for a perfect beach vacation. Free Wifi internet is provided. White Pearl has space for a total of 2 vehicles to park in the driveway (golf carts are considered registered vehicles in FL). The garage is not available for parking. This is a 3 story home that does not come with an elevator.

If you have more than 8, the sister property next door is "Reel Lucky" (VRBO 1702786) which can accommodate 6 guests. If you exceed the occupancy rate you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, without warning. The city of Anna Maria has strict guidelines as it relates to the occupancy capacity and the rules will be enforced.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 28 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 28 years of age. There are 2 security cameras on property at the front door and the driveway. Please purchase travel insurance if you have any concerns about your ability to travel to the property, very similar to car insurance you should consider protecting your investment into your vacation.
