This property offers the perfect location with Beach Access directly across from the house as well as the Bayfront park giving you tons of things to do just outside the front door! If you'd like to explore further, ride a bike around the city of Anna Maria, or hop on the free trolley, just a block away, and head south into the city of Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The trolley takes you almost the entire length of the island, so you never have to stress about driving, parking, or traffic.

When walking into the property you instantly notice the open floor plan and all the natural light beaming from the wall of windows facing the water. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as a 65 in smart tv perfect for streaming your favorite tv shows when relaxing in the house.
The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze and use the wine cooler to keep your favorite beverage cold! Dining in— the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. This area also has a half bath.

Just off the kitchen outside you will find the recently added pool with two additional seating areas under a covered porch offering pleasant shade and an additional location to enjoy meals. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
