Nous appelons celui-ci le SandShack

Le chalet que nous annonçons et programmons ici est la liste SANDSHACK # 4086494, et constitue un bain 2 chambres / 1 à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Il est au niveau du sol et vous serez accueillis par la peinture murale Folly sirène sur le mur extérieur de la porte d'entrée pour vous rappeler où vous devez être. Vous aurez le plus grand chantier sur notre propriété et il est entièrement clôturée pour votre usage exclusif pour sortir et sentir le soleil du matin avec votre café, ou vous détendre à l'ombre après une longue journée au soleil. Il a sa propre douche extérieure pour se rincer le sable de vos orteils et la crème solaire de votre dos. La cour est grande pour les petits enfants à jouer et être pleinement contenaient. Et .. vous avez votre propre barbecue au gaz à feu et nourrir votre progéniture après une journée remplie de plaisir à la plage. A l'intérieur il y a beaucoup de charme et de la plage se sentent décor sans frais supplémentaires que cette unité a tous les nouveaux meubles de style plage, et les planchers de tuiles. Le plan d'étage ouvert sur la cuisine est grande pour pour rassemblements occasionnels après votre journée à la plage et a une porte séparée pour accéder à votre arrière-cour. Une cuisine bien équipée vous attend avec tous les ustensiles, etc., un grand poêle, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Ce 2 BR dispose d'un grand maître avec lit queen, des oeuvres d'art local, et le charme shabby chic. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux pour les enfants, ou à la rigueur, vous pouvez les rouler ensemble pour un couple confortable. La salle de bain a tout nouvelle douche tuile et de marbre personnalisé, et un vrai motif du Trône dans le jeu comme vous le pied à la douche. Super propre pas d'allergènes, les squames d'animaux, etc que nous ne permettons pas les animaux. Télévision par câble, WiFi, et un parking extérieur pour 1 véhicule inclus. Folly Beach ne porte aucun jugement sur qui vous êtes ou d'où vous venez ... Il suffit d'apporter vos tongs et venez comme vous êtes. Appelez-moi avec toutes les autres questions, car nous avons tellement plus à vous offrir et vous parler de notre propriété.

Fantastic stay in Folly!

We had an amazing time at Folly! The property was even better than described and in the pictures. It was so close to the beach and only a short walk to restaurants and bars.

Beach Vacation

This was a great location to everything. Once we parked the car we were able to walk everywhere. Very relaxing and a wonderful place to stay. Clean, convenient and well priced; I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint and quiet

The neighborhood was walking friendly and everyone was very welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and shops and also to the beach. Perfect little get away.

Quick vacation

Our stay was great and Katherine was easy to work with for booking and meeting us at the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was nicer than we expected which added to our enjoyable vacation. It was a short easy walk to the beach. Our Homeaway confirmation said our check out time was 11 only to find Katerine telling us check out was at 10. Wish communication could have been clearer.

Glad you had a great time at the RatherShacks. Our check out time is listed in our contract that we send out to all guest. It has been the same for 6 years. We still can't find where HomeAway has check out time listed at 11. But they are checking into it. We loved having you stay with us. We hope to have you here again. Katt and Sam

Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was quaint and perfect for our little family of four's needs. The tiled floors meant that any messes as little post-beach feet padded around could easily be mopped up, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the kids to run around in safely while we enjoyed the shade. There was enough room to squeeze a Pack N Play into a corner of the master bedroom. Bonus - the beach was a block and a half away down level streets and never super crowded in the mornings. The waves were mild enough for our littlest to handle (when held) and our older child to boogie board on. Downtown Folly Beach was only a few blocks away (although tough in the August afternoon heat) and the delicious restaurant options were numerous. When rain came, we were only a 20- to 30-min drive from Charleston for all the museums and the SC Aquarium. All in all, a perfect vacation made better by a snug home base. Check out The Crab Shack and Taco Boy in town; Gillie's Seafood & Soul Food, LOLO's and Lewis BBQ towards Charleston. In addition, go to see the sun rise over Morris Lighthouse - the walk is short and the view is breathtaking!

Wonderful Location on Folly Beach SC

The rooms were very clean, bright, cheerful, and lovely! Extremely close to the beautiful Folly Beach. Everything we needed for a short weekend stay (I wish it were longer!). Owners responded quickly to texts, check-in and check-out were super easy. We walked across two roads to get to the beach, but they were both small and quiet roads, so no worries about dodging a bunch of loud traffic! My husband and I had two teen girls with us and they were both very happy with our stay (hard to make teen girls happy in my experience so this was great!). Perfect location, clean and cozy rooms, I will Definitely stay here again the next time we vacation at Folly Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this sweet little beach cottage. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, the property was clean, and we had everything we needed. We especially loved having access to beach towels and beach chairs! Can't wait to return!

Everything was clean upon arrival. There were alot of thoughtful little things that made a big difference such as beach chairs, a drying rack for towels, beach towels, soft blankets and extra pillows in drawers.

Fifty at Folly

We had a wonderful time at Folly and the Sandshack was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The master bed is super comfortable. We celebrated a milestone birthday and I highly recommend staying here.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

Katt and Sam were gracious and welcoming hosts. Sandshack was very clean, bright and great access to everything in Folly. Check in and out was super easy . . . and very helpful info for anything and everything that you want to enjoy in the area. Very Comfy beds!!! Everything we hoped for!!!!

Great location!

The RatherShack was a great little spot for our family. A very short walk to the beach and well equipped apartment. The backyard was wonderful!! Host was very informative and provided everything we needed - including beach chairs!

Great Stay

This was our second stay at the mermaid house. Katherine's communication was awesome. It's a great location 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. We will be back.

Great location and very clean!

The Mermaid Cottage is located close to the beach and we also walked downtown a few times during our stay. Bert's is an easy walk to get some free coffee as well. The small yard that comes with the property had beautiful flowers and would be great for toddlers. We had fun just relaxing and using the grill. The place was super clean and had everything you needed for a good time! I would say that if you are super sensitive to noises and lights, it might not be the best choice for you as it is a bottom level apartment and there are outside lights that shine in the bedroom at night. But I would stay here again. The hostess was super nice and helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Great place!

Staying here was a great experience. There was plenty of space for the three of us and it was so nice to have our own little outside area. Super close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Everything about the stay was easy and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks for having us.

A great stay...

Great location to the beach. Enough space for four of us because we spent most of our time at the beach and on Center Street. Katt was wonderful and made sure we were happy during our stay. I’d stay again but I’d check out the upstairs apartment to avoid the normal noise you hear from being in the bottom floor.

Just perfect!!

Location is right down the street from the beach! Perfect little apartment...it was just my husband and myself and we had plenty of room! The place was adorable....the decor was great!! Bed was very comfy! We felt at home which was really nice!!

Perfect beach getaway!

We were in search of the perfect beach house to explore Folly Beach and Charleston and we hit the jack pot! We had a great time at The Rathershack! Katherine met us upon our arrival. She gave us a tour of the unit and answered any questions we had. She was the perfect host! The house was immaculate, stocked with all the amenities of home. I loved the beach decore! We even had a perfectly manicured yard with and outdoor shower, grill and outdoor dining table. The house was so close to everything! A short walk to the beach, souvenir shops, a variety of restaurants and bars! We ventured out to Charleston to tour the city and even took in a ballgame at the Charleston Riverdogs Stadium. I would definitely recommend the Rathershacks and Folly beach to everyone. We would love to go back!

Every area listed was literally FIVE STAR!

Location, cleanliness, communications...fived stars!! Cannot think of one thing wrong. Awesome!!! Even had extra chairs and boogie boards which was unexpected. Beyond surprised with how wonderful of experience this (first VRBO) was for all of us. Prop Mgr was friendly and incredibly responsive/accommodating.

We met in the cold Granite State of New Hampshire, fell in love, sold our houses, threw away the snowshovels, and bought us a perfect shack in paradise. After we fixed her up... you now have the Rathershack in all its glory waiting for you to come and add the next chapter. We thank you in advance for helping us live our dream. We live on site so feel free to stop in for a cold one or advice on where to go hide out, or step out and kick up your dancin shoes. The sign over our door says PARTYville, but more often than not we flip it over so it reads NAPville. Sometimes one leads to the other. You know the drill........
