One of Folly's Best! The Champagne Cottage is a two bedroom two bath peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and a quick walk to the 4th street beach access. This home’s open living area invites in plenty of natural light, boasts original hardwood throughout, and has a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal. Smart TVs in every room to kick back and stream your favorite shows. Outside you will be able to enjoy a fully fenced yard while you have your morning coffee on the porch. Champagne Cottage does not allow pets.

This house can be booked with its sister property, McGee's Folly.

House was very clean and definitely a very nice organizes kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal. The welcome bag that was there for us was most appreciated. Definitely recommend this property.l

What a great house! It was the perfect size for my spouse and me. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve stayed in. The appliances, dishes, pots and pans were high quality and the kitchen was very organized and well thought out. We would stay here again!

The floors in the house are beautiful. Needs to have a covered area for smokers. Storm came in the first day we were there, we were advised to leave due to flooding. So we only slept in the house one night and then left.

Fabulous rental near the beach

Run every morning on the beach, walk to grocery and restaurants. Ideally located in wonderful neighborhood, clean, comfortable, updated, perfect in every way for our needs. Highly recommend this sweet champagne cottage.

The best place ever!

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

We enjoyed our recent visit to Champagne Cottage. The home was nicely furnished and the perfect size for my husband, son, and I. It was a short walk to the beach as well as 0.5 mile walk to many great local restaurants.

Cozy champagne cottage

We were very happy with the appearance overall of the cottage inside and out. It was also very well stocked with kitchen items, comforters, sheets, towels. The location was awesome as our family was only 2 blocks away, the tennis courts were 2 blocks away, the beach was 3 blocks away. We've been to folly beach several times before but this so far has been our favorite place and hope to stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay in the Champagne Cottage even though the notebook has it misspelled as the Champange Cottage!! Very short walk to the beach was nice. The home next door was in the midst of construction which was a bit bothersome but tolerable. Clean, roomy enough, comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

We loved that the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and then some. The house had plenty of parking spaces. An outdoor area or hose for rinsing sand from the beach off outside would be a nice addition!

Folly’s Finest!

Cottage was super clean, roomy, bright and close to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. Communication excellent. Very comfortable bed! Quick in person stop by to be sure our stay was going well! Nice touch.
