Upon entering the front door on the lower level of the house you will find a family room & dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, the primary suite, the guest bedroom and the hallway bathroom. There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use in an outside closet. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered patio with outdoor seating area outside the front door. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that there is another unit upstairs that is also available for rent. If both units are available for your selected dates, then you may rent the entire house for your next multi-family reunion or friends' vacation and sleep up to 10 people in the whole house. Please also note that the upstairs guests share

the side yard and parking area with the downstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units - especially on the ceilings in The Lower Hideaway - is to be expected.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
