Welcome to the luxurious Simsbury retreat designed and fully equipped for displaced or relocating families and traveling professionals. Our townhouse offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an attached garage, huge basement, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and scenic views from the large deck. Equipped with brand new luxury furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, grill, TVs and desks in each room, 2 bikes and games, it is perfect for indulging in comfort and convenience during your stay.

* 43" Roku TVs in each bedroom
* Dedicated work desks in each bedroom

*WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY:
The owners urge all guests to use all facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, and appliances is done at the guest's sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guests for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fireplace agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
* PET ADDENDUM: We allow one medium size dog only as per condo association rules. All owners of dogs are responsible to clean up after their dog's droppings. Dog owners will be responsible to repair any damage caused by their dog in regards to property or personal injury. All dogs must be leashed. No dogs shall be curbed in close proximity to any unit, deck, or common grounds except in special area ( the outskirts or wooded areas)
* PARKING: you can park in the attached garage, driveway, and one parking space. Vehicles may not be parked along drives or in areas not designated as parking spaces.
