Ceci est une exceptionnelle Miami Beach Location de vacances de 2 chambres condo a plus de 950 pieds carrés d'espace habitable de 10 pieds plafond comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, intérieur décoré professionnellement le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes.
Le beau salon dispose d'un mobilier moderne et d'une télévision 50 "à écran plasma. Table à manger pour jusqu'à 6 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit maître-size, une commode et d'une télévision 32 'à écran plasma. De cette chambre vous pouvez accéder à la salle de bains entièrement. À côté de la chambre, vous avez la deuxième chambre avec 2 lits queen size et aussi une TV écran plat. WIFI Internet gratuit est inclus. Le condo est entièrement équipé avec des serviettes, des draps, fer à repasser, Sèche-cheveux et laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur du condo; juste apporter vos propres vêtements!

La plage Château est situé sur 5445 Collins Avenue 10 min de tout ce qui plage du sud a à offrir: meilleurs restaurants en ville, boutiques, bars, shopping et bien sûr la plage. A partir de votre bâtiment, vous avez un accès direct à la plage, pas besoin de conduire pour aller de l'eau! Le bâtiment est bien desservi par les services de la piscine, gymnase, spa, des voitures de location; il se sent comme une station Hôtel.

Superbe appartement bien équipé. Nous avons tous apprécié. Il mérite la note de 5 étoiles

Presque parfait...Le seul reproche consiste à la qualité du ménage à notre arrivée notamment Salle de Bains mais surtout les draps n'étaient pas nickel nous avons du les mettre à la machine à la laver. Sans cela c'est du 5 étoiles et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Manque juste un jaccuzzi gratuit .

Super appart !

Très très bel appartement, conforme à la description. Bien situé sur Miami Beach et tout près de la mer, très bien équipé et après échange avec le propriétaire, nous avons même eu un lit bb et une chaise haute, pas prévu (et le propriétaire s'est assuré à notre arrivée que tout convenait ! (très sérieux) Nous sommes ravis et retournerons au même endroit si nous revenons à Miami ! Une seule remarque toutefois sur l'appartement : situé à coté du déversoir de poubelles, donc régulièrement un peu de bruit qd les résidents déposent leurs sacs. En tout cas, thank you so much Olivier !

Nice place for family vacation

The condo is located very close to pretty much everything that Miami Beach has to offer. The beach near the hotel is clean and beautiful. The condo itself was a good place to stay. The only negative point is the garbage chute located right next to the master bedroom which is very noisy (some people seem to be aiming for guiness record of decibels…) The place could gain from more isolation

Crazy place!! This room is directly next to the trash chute. So not far to go for your trash but you here the trash at all hours. The elevators are crazy. Ther is random carpet and random tile. The lobby looks way fancy. Free valet is awesome but slow. The pool is awesome and the beach is great!!

A bit below average.

Came on Christmas Eve, check-in was 1/2 hour long waiting. Car has to be valet, on day after Christmas, tried to get car out for lunch, waited over 40 min. & still couldn't wait b/c everyone was checking-out during that time. Had to cancel it & ate in the condo instead. The condo is nice, however, we saw & had to kill a few cockroaches since it's infested. Saw them crawling a few days in a row. The pest inspector came during the day & did some fumigation, but still bad. Think it's b/c the condo is next to the trash chute. Should come her during holiday, 1 of my worst experience during vacation.

Review of Recent VRBO Stay

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this VRBO property. The experience was far from pleasant due to several issues. First, one of the bedrooms lacked pillows entirely, so I had to purchase some myself. Additionally, the condo is located right next to the building’s trash chute, resulting in constant noise throughout the day and night, which was extremely disruptive. There were also no washcloths provided, forcing me to buy those as well. To top it off, only three trash bags were supplied for an 8-day stay, which was insufficient. Overall, this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

I wish I had read the reviews. The condo was clean - that was a HUGE plus. But, the gym was closed for repair, the room is RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRASH ROOM, so anyone that drops their trash basically is exploding g your room with a horrible noise (at all hours). They really need some insulation around it or something. The ate maker was broken, although the thermostat and drapes worked well. The valet staff and security were all attentive and friendly.

The location was perfect. The place was great for a family of four. The views were amazing. Grocery/restaurants/amenities were all relatively close. There was even an umbrella rental reasonably priced in the building.

Troubles since the first night - sauna and noise in a Miami flat

We arrived on Tuesday night, and already in the first night the A/C stopped working. And we could not access the thermostat, which at first showed an error and then turned off. At the same time the blinds did not lower, leaving everything lit early. By morning we talked to the host, told us to buy battery for control of blinds (unbelievable) and directed us to the administration of the building about the A/C. That promised a solution, but we had to stay in the apartment waiting. Help only arrived 6 hours later, and we had to wait in the room, taking turns to buy food. At 9:00 AM started a deafening noise of Jack Hammer, which followed from 9 to 5 pm every day we stayed at the place. We could not work or stay in the apartment any day, hell! According to the administration the host knew of the works.... Finally after 6 hours, the technician came to see the air conditioning, and said that if it was working now he will not touch the equipment, so we leave as it was. The thermostat was still black- no control. We were freezing. We went out to eat something, when we came back in the early evening, already on the second night, the equipment started to made a very loud noise all night. In the morning we talk to the host again. The A/C problem persisted on and off with no temperature control and the Jack Hammer noise. Sunday we decided that had enough, and left the place - one day before the end of the contract. Dont know what will happen.

Miami Trip

Absolutely love that the condo is inside a refurbished hotel. Everyone was very kind from valet, security and shops. The condo was very comfortable and I loved watching traffic and pedestrians on the street during rest times. We were able to easily explore Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Definitely download the Miami NBC6 News weather app as Florida has unpredictable weather. Great trip and great spot!

Felt unsafe at this property

This was a terrible experience. We checked into the property and left the building after about an hour because we felt unsafe at the property and in the room. I tried to contact the host several times and they did not respond. They finally responded 5 months later and denied my refund. The pool and hot tub was under construction, so that was falsely advertised. There is an equipment room entrance into the room, which I was not impressed with. The beds are very hard and appear cheap. I would not recommend anyone book this property.

Great Place

This condo is in a great location. It was clean. One large room that has a side room connected to it from french doors. Not a lot of privacy in either room, but we stayed with close friends so it was perfect for us. There is direct access to the beach from the condo. They have a restaurant in the bulding, a bar, they also have a couple of convenience stores located in the building. Those came in handy since we were able to get extra tissue, napkins, drinks, water, snacks, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took FOREVER to check into our room and also to get valet. Otherwise, great place. There are bugs, but I'm guessing it's because the trash chute is next door to the unit. The pest control people come every friday (we know this because they came the friday we were there). Overall, we enjoyed the condo.

Great clean place

Place is good BUT THAT GARBAGE shoot is terrible. All morning and night even when it’s suppose to be closed. Pool was closed. Very confusing to get to the room and get out. Also they have a bunch of different fees on top in their instructions of checking in and out.

Family vacation

Had to kill roaches every day in the condo. Had infant with us which made me concerned about his safety with bugs crawling around. Pool was closed, but never notified of this. Bathroom and kitchen are very tight spaces.

Close to the beach

The condo was nice, but you get more of a Hotel feel of the place especially as you are mandated that the Person who made the reservation has to be present for check - in, (which was silly as we had prepaid and had the room code). It was frustrating as the rest of our party had to sit around the lobby and restaurant for several hours until our arrival. They tried to go to the Tiki bar, but the POOL and Tiki bar is closed until at least December for renovations (which would have been nice to know when booking). There was no wine opener in the condo, but the store on site sells them and many other things. The condo is on the M floor which is pretty much the 3rd floor, so the wait for the elevator wasn't bad. There were towels you could take to the beach and you could rent or buy chairs/umbrellas at the property (on the lowest level) The restaurant on site served a good breakfast and we were glad we did not have a car to valet as the Valet service was VERY busy at certain times. We stayed our last night at a hotel on South Beach and there was much more to do in that area of Miami Beach. We really didn't hear the trash chute at all, except from bathroom.

Our stay was okay.

Our stay was okay, we were just underwhelmed with the space compared to the pictures listed. There were no major issues that warranted calling the property manager however. The condo had trouble cooling below 72 degrees during our stay at both day and night. The mechanical blinds had issues operating upon arrival with one set already being broken. The check-in workers were very rude. The washer had mold in it when we got there. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. The valet staff were rather rude, even when you tipped them. There were minor scrapes to the drywall and the bathroom latch was broken which added to the underwhelming nature of the space. The trash shoot next door was noticeable, but was not as bad as others have reviewed. Overall the pictures posted here make the condo out to be nicer than it is. We don’t intend this review to be rude, but we just did not arrive to as nice of a condo as we thought we would based on the listing.
