Maison récemment rénovée avec vue sur l'océan depuis la grande terrasse au deuxième étage. À seulement 1,5 pâté de maisons de la plage, à pied de la ville. Le premier étage offre un salon avec plan d'étage ouvert, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, chambre principale avec lit queen, salle de bain complète et salle d'eau.

Le deuxième étage a trois chambres et une autre salle de bain complète. Cette maison offre 3 télévisions, un lecteur DVD, un magnétoscope et un accès Internet. Nouvelle cuisine 2017. Planchers de bois neufs en bas (2016). Nouveau tapis à l'étage (2016). Toutes les salles de bains sont neuves en 2013. Une merveilleuse maison de vacances, méticuleusement entretenue et à un prix raisonnable. Stationnement hors rue.

Près des champs de loisirs de la 82e rue, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis, des aires de jeux pour enfants et de la jetée de pêche de la 83e rue. Près des restaurants populaires du 80e et à quelques pâtés de maisons au sud, vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et d'autres activités insulaires dans la 96e rue!

Stone Harbor vacation

Had nine family members stay for a week - six adults and three kids, ages 7 - 13. House is ideally located: 1 1/2 blocks to beach; 7 short blocks to downtown. Can walk to everything; if bikes rented, even greater optionality. Sleeping accommodations more than sufficient for our nine; ditto on shower / bathrooms. Pool a super plus - most days at beach followed by late afternoon pool swim, or, if a day “out of sun on beach” is needed, pool is there. Outside shower perfect for end-of-day wash-up. BBQ perfect for grilling. Host provides some beach chairs and beach cart - helpful. Overall experience very positive and highly recommend.

Terrific location

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We could walk everywhere; beach, town, bird sanctuary, and playground. The open side porch and porch swing were family favorites. We ate dinner with amazing sunsets over our shoulders.

Pretty and Convenient

Our first post-pandemic family vacation was a big hit! Three generations enjoyed the pristine pool (especially the shaded overhang with seating), the close proximity to clean beaches, strolling through the cute town and sleeping in the well-appointed home. The porch swing was a favorite for the babies, and the adults were impressed by how immaculately the landscaping (and surrounding area) is maintained. Green Cuisine was a quick walk away, and became our favorite for take-in food. Watching the sunset over the bay and the sunrise from the beach are memorable moments. The homeowners were very responsive and provided the essentials for a wonderful vacation. This house and Stone Harbor were delightful places to visit!

Well worth it

Location is just far enough away from town to be quiet, yet close enough to walk. Great backyard, heated pool was amazing after the beach. Loved it

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

If you're unfamiliar with the area, this is a perfect location- just a short walk to a really nice section of beach, and downtown SH/Avalon are also close by. The pool was perfect for spending a relaxing afternoon after beach time. We spent a week with another family (total of eight) and the house was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved the room with the bunks. Lovely outside areas to spend the evenings and property manager was A+.

Nice pool!

We enjoyed this house for the pool and location and overall comfort. A few details could be better- TV and more lighting. But great overall.

Great location to beach & pool

Super close to the beach & Wawa's which was my wife's #1 requirement, haha! Plenty of room inside the house, great pool, area, and nice (covered) deck with a large porch swing. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lovely vacation home!

If you want the perfect location to everything in Stone Harbor, this is the place. We walked to town, the beach, parks and we loved the pool. The house was great, and I especially liked the flowers. We loved our entire time there with our family. We hope to return, and stay longer! Thank you!!

2 For 2!

This was our second year renting this property and we once again lucked out with the weather! Property was roomy enough for 7 - 8 adults. We loved biking, walking the beach, and enjoyed the proximity to dining. After a few hours on the beach each day, we all enjoyed coming back and hanging out at the pool! The property manager was very helpful when we had a few questions early in the week. We would recommend staying here mainly due to the location!

Perfect Week in Stone Harbor

This is a perfect property if you are looking to enjoy everything Stone Harbor has to offer. The home is close to everything, just a short walk to town, couple of blocks to rec center and surf beach and a block and a half from the beach. The heated pool is a great place to relax and for the kids to swim before or after the beach. Plenty of space for family and friends. Rick and Janet were very responsive and always willing to help. We look forward to making the home part of our annual vacation to Stone Harbor.

Perfect for your family!

Great house and great location, House is short walk to beach and town! House has beautiful updated kitchen and amazing pool that the kids really enjoyed! The house was clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 children. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and took care of anything we needed. Would highly recommend this vacation home!

Amazing Vacation!!

We loved our two week stay at this property! The house was spacious for 5 - 8 adults. The location was fabulous. Ocean views from the top deck......beautiful! The pool was perfect! This was our first stay at this shore point other than visiting friends, and it did not disappoint. We are IN LOVE with Stone Harbor!! Other than one evening of rain, the weather was picture perfect for two straight weeks. We were able to walk and bike everywhere. The only time we really needed a car was when the guys went golfing. It is quiet when you need it to be and when you want a little more action, you can easily walk to 96th St. (Buckets and The Reeds have spectacular sunsets), Icona Beach Bar (so fun!) and the Windrift. Downtown Avalon is easy to get to by bike as well. After several hours at the beach, we would come back and enjoy time at the pool. One day we decided to just enjoy a quiet day at the pool......our adult children said the pool was the icing on the cake! All amenities that you would need in the kitchen were there.The keypad to the front door entrance was very convenient with adult children who may be on another schedule. No need to worry about "who has the key". Janet was a terrific property manager to deal with as well. We had a few questions over the first few days and she responded promptly and took care of them. Great Week in Stone Harbor

The home was very inviting and made our stay down the shore very enjoyable. The living area/dining area/kitchen were very new and made for a very relaxing and fun week. The location of the home is perfect as is a short walk to both the beach and to the middle of town. The 2nd floor deck was great for relaxing in the mornings/evenings. Thank you for a fun and memorable week!

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, great setup for spending time together or apart.

We love Stone Harbor, and this year we shared our trip with my mother in law, brother in law and sister in law. This house was everything we needed for space and the location was great. The new kitchen is fantastic and the openness of the main floor was great for family bonding. The location has great proximity to the beach and the harbor, and we enjoyed both. Being a few blocks from 96th, it is also very quiet at night, which made for great sleeping for all of us and our 4 year old. Thank you for a great place to rest our heads, and make great memories.
