Belle maison de plage Avalon. Vues sur l'océan depuis votre pont avant. Une grande piscine dans votre jardin. Avalon ne fait pas mieux que ça !!!

Seulement 4 maisons vous séparent de la plage primée d'Avalon. Notre maison dispose de quatre grandes chambres et de trois salles de bain complètes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes (avec des lits) + un canapé-lit de rechange. Un grand salon ouvert à l’étage se compose de deux chambres à coucher, de deux salles de bain complètes, d’un salon, d’une salle à manger et d’une cuisine bien équipée.

Il y a un grand pont avant avec vue sur l'océan et un pont arrière privé deuxième étage donnant sur la piscine.

Le niveau inférieur se compose de deux chambres, salle de bain complète, plus une grande tanière avec une zone de boissons et de collations qui a été entièrement rénové en 2015. La meilleure partie de cette rénovation est que la tanière a maintenant une vue directe et un accès à la piscine qui s'ouvre sur un nouveau coin salon et divertissement protégé.

Nous offrons toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour votre chez-vous. Barbecue à gaz, meubles de jardin et chaises longues, bar et machine à glaçons pour les adultes. X-box, WiFi, plusieurs téléviseurs, appareils de diffusion en continu, DVD et une immense piscine de 12 x 34 pouces pour les enfants de tous âges.

Veuillez noter que, comme la plupart des locations de la côte du New Jersey, nous n'offrons que des locations à la semaine durant la haute saison (mi-mai à mi-septembre), avec enregistrement et départ le samedi. Longs week-ends et autres options disponibles avec un minimum de 3 nuits pendant le reste de l'année. Si vous ne parvenez pas à trouver vos dates préférées en haute saison, assurez-vous d'entrer l'enregistrement pour le samedi et un séjour de 7 nuits.

Great house with a great location

My family of 4 spent a long Easter weekend here - the house was perfect and owner super attentive. The location ( 4 houses from the beach and close to town) was phenomenal. We hope the house is available the next time we head down as we'd happily stay there again!

Wonderful proximity to beach, pool in good shape. Though it was clear this was a rental property, some obvious user fatigue, the owner was responsive when it was important. The few light switches that didn't work, tho to be fair owner did mention that before occupancy, the leak on pavement from maybe outdoor shower or hose which though a nice shower we did not use as the ocean was a bit cold for us to jump in. Overall I would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Great location and outdoor amenities

We loved this Avalon house—we've rented different Shore/OBX homes in various towns/locations with another family for the last 15 years and this was the first time we loved a house and location enough to consider returning again. It was a quick walk to/from the beach and the outdoor spaces/amenities were game changers—backyard was perfect for watching the Paris Summer Olympics while staging our own events in the pool. Plenty of living space inside between the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and bedrooms were all well-sized. Mike is incredibly attentive and quick to reply to any questions. Also had very clear house instructions. Thank you for such a great summer vacation!

Great house in a great location

The house is great with a pool and covered area in the back, plus it is beach block to a great beach. Owner was super responsive to the few minor issues we had. Ocean view from the deck and easy parking.

Prime Location!

My family of 6 spent a fantastic week at this property. The location is phenomenal, literally a less than one minute walk to the dunes. 15th street is a less crowded section of beach than many others in Avalon, which is another plus. The house itself is dated and in need of some TLC, but that in no way detracted from our stay. The pool area was a fantastic post-beach location and our favorite part of the property. Communication with the owner was seamless. All told, we highly recommend this property (just know going in that you are paying to be 1 minute from the beach, NOT for a luxury property).

The House was Cooler by a Mile!

We just finished a weeklong stay and have had a wonderful vacation. The location was excellent, the house was lovely and the host was extremely responsive, informative and friendly. All in all, our family trip to Avalon was everything we hoped for and so much more!

Family Get Away Weekend

We had a great time down in Avalon for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were three couples and 3 babies. It was great that each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard is beautiful. Hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Very close to the beach. Mike the host was great. He was in touch with us from the beginning to end with any concerns we may have had. Which was none! Looking forward to another weekend at this beautiful home!

Avalon vacation

Great location on a beautiful beach block. The house had more than enough space and featured a nice, large pool with an outdoor bar/TV. Great space to wind down after a day at the beach.

Awesome summer stay

Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. Hes attentive, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The house was immaculate and wonderful for our family (2 adults and 5 teenagers). Quiet street simple walk to the beach each day. The pool was a daily hit with the kids. The garage refrigerator and the extra beverage fridge in the room off the pool were extremely helpful for drinks. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. Our only sadness was packing up to go home. I wish we couldve stayed another week!!! Thank you Mike for being such a great host.

Shore Vacation

There is nothing like the Jersey Shore for vacation! When our kids were growing up we would go to Avalon every summer. This year was our return but with grand kids. I highly recommend 58 15th St. if you are looking looking for a great house and location. Everything about this home made it great for our group! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed!

Delightful stay

We had a beautiful, relaxing week in Avalon! ☀️ The house was well equipped, and had lots of room for us to spread out as a family with adult children! Our host was incredibly accommodating, and flexible with our stay! We will definitely be back to this house again! 😊

Great Vacation!

This was a wonderful location and a beautiful property. It was spacious with with multiple entertainment areas and large bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet part of the island. Mike was great with communication. We would love to go back!

The house is very clean, beautiful and in a great location. The host was super kind, personable and easy to reach. Will 100% stay here again! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 4 and 1). They had a blast and we had a great long weekend.

Wedding Weekend Rental

We had the most lovely stay. The house was so well equipped and perfect for our group. The outdoor space with the pool was a favorite for the kids as well as adults. The hosts could not have been nicer and in touch prior to our stay all during the trip. I would highly recommend this house. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Mike was super friendly, reliable & a pleasure to rent from. The home was clean & comfortable. Great location and nice pool

Nice somewhat older home on beach block with very few other renters so the beach is not crowded. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice. Nice dual outdoor shower set up. The owner is nearby and very responsive.

The best !!!!!

The pool was amazing and heated and large. We loved hanging out outside, having lunch on the covered patio with comfy chairs and completely shaded. There were lounge chairs for sunbathing and a few couches. The kitchen had a great island with barstools, a dining room, awesome comfy couch and chairs. There was a patio off the dining room where you can sit and see the ocean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good. There was a bar downstairs with two more bedrooms. We had Fresh Direct deliver the food the first day which made made it easy for all. Four houses from the beautiful beach made the vacation easy . Our time with our family was precious and we will be back next year! Thank you so much to Mike and Lisa (owners) for everything. Robin & Joel

Fantastic get away

This property was perfect for two families with kids. The location was perfect, the heated pool made up for the less than stellar weather we had. Michael was so responsive, kind and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The open floor plan on the upper floor with the high ceilings and large windows were so inviting and relaxing. And the first floor was entertainment center from indoors to pool deck and outside seating/bar. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely experience

It was a beautiful home and very safe for little ones. We easily walked to beach ans the sand was so soft! The pool was nicely heated for the toddlers. The owner kept in contact with any needs or issues which was great. If i had to suggest any improvements, it would be to offer towels ans hand towels :) Would def recommend!!

Much Needed Family Time

Mike and Lisa’s property in Avalon far exceeded our expectations!!! Their home is immaculate, a perfect set up for my family… plenty of room to be together and still big enough to separate… Best of all this property is 1 block from the beach… we were in town for a family wedding and literally all festivities were under 4 miles away… Mike and Lisa were more than helpful and accommodating in every way… I highly recommend their property!!! Mike and Lisa Hallowell have been Avalon homeowners for over 30 years - and lifelong lovers of this beautiful town. Our goal for this home was to allow our renters to feel as if it was their own. As parents of three (now grown) children, we remember the challenges that a family vacation entails. We tried to think of all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing and put them together into one great experience. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Why Avalon? location, location, location! One of only a few beach-block single family rental homes with a pool in all of seven-mile island. Just a few steps away from beautiful Avalon beach – voted best beach in mid-Atlantic. Our beach is lifeguard protected and 1 block from a designated surfing beach and a designated boogie board beach. Located in the quiet north end of town, yet only five blocks from town center. Leave your car and walk to great restaurants, bars, and your morning coffee.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home has the best of everything. A private pool in your back yard, two second story decks (front and back) and a covered pool-side patio to get away from that mid-day sun. Renovations include a major den make-over and added a wetbar and direct access to the pool via huge 10-ft double sliding doors. We cater to families and so our home also provides a great area for the kids on the lower level complete with TV, DVDs and video game collection - while the adults can relax on the second level deck and enjoy the ocean views or take a swim in the private pool.
