Escape to the beautiful Avalon House in the heart of the 400 block of 22nd St! This stunning vacation rental can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with four spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms. With three floors and two master suites, this beautiful home couldn't be more perfect for multi-family, multigenerational vacations or reunions.

Step inside to find a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining, and fast Wi-Fi to stay connected. This home is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Princeton restaurant and town and a short walk to the beach. The 3rd-floor loft provides a fun hangout spot for the kids and additional seating for extra guests with a queen sleeper sofa.

The first floor features a den with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, and mini master bedroom with a private bath, half bath, and laundry room. The second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, fireplace, half bath, and the master bedroom and bath. The third level has two bedrooms, a shared bath, and a large, open loft area.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the expansive decks on the first and second levels, featuring outdoor dining seating and a large awning partially shading the second-floor deck. Enjoy the beautiful weather with an outdoor shower and grill, and use the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. Eight beach tags are provided during the summer.

Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.

High season summer weekly rentals: from Memorial Day through Labor Day: 7-night bookings are Sat to Sat.
Parking: There is a large driveway at the back of the house that can hold 4-5 cars. There are also two parking spots in the front of the house.

Linens: You should plan to bring your towels and bed linens during the peak summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). The change-over window is short, and cleaning crews do not have time to launder four bedrooms. If you prefer to rent linen/towel packages for the week, linens can be delivered on the day of your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure. Linenfairies provides premium rental items at the Jersey Shore, and we can help arrange linen rentals for you or you can contact Linenfairies directly. A discount code for linen rentals will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

For off-season guests (outside of Memorial Day through Labor Day), we will provide all bed linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels, and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. A small additional fee of $300 will be added to your total once your booking is confirmed.

Security Features:
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with an exterior-facing Ring doorbell camera at the front door and an exterior-facing Ring floodlight camera overlooking the back driveway. These cameras are used solely for security purposes and do not face into any private areas of the home.
