The place is very quiet and clean. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Had a few issues but the communication was excellent and the matter was settled quickly. We will be returning next time we are in town. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Ryan was a terrific host! The property was as advertised, very comfortable, and we had a great stay. Ryan communicated well with us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property as I've never had a more pleasant experience with a Vrbo host.

There was whole bean organic coffee here. There was a grinder but I didn’t use it because some was already ground. Perfect space for what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to others! The property was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pool/spa area was right around the corner for easy access. The location of the property was very safe and quiet while still being centrally located with easy access to other parts of the valley. Check in and check out were a breeze and the host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Very cute townhouse, clean and updated, with friendly neighbors! The garage with stairs leading inside was a nice option to have. We enjoyed our stay very much! Ryan the host, was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. 10/10 will stay here again :)

Super impressed... It was lovely and well taken care of and a perfect spot. I really appreciated the owner's communication with accommodating my check in time. I loved the specific instructions.. Exactly how to get in and other details. Super clean and neat and would absolutely recommend.

This was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The place was spotless. I especially love the peaceful atmosphere and unique design. The host was responsive and also made sure everything was just right. A truly wonderful comfortable place to stay! I highly recommend booking this property!

Next time I’m in AZ, I’d choose this place again.

Ryan was very communicative and willing to accommodate us with little requests. The place was very clean and had a great coffee bar. Hint: take advantage of the pour over! Our family of 4 fit well with the two bedrooms. Thank you for the great experience!

Cute place

Cute apartment. CLEAN. Didn’t use kitchen but things seemed very clean. Looked like it had all the cooking basics.Great bathroom and decent bed. The couch and living area are small and not very cozy, but it looks very nice. The water pressure kind of stinks, but great overall.

The condo was very nice. The area the unit was in was a nice area, quiet, and felt safe. I met one neighbor as I was accessing the unit and he was very pleasant. Being able to use the garage for parking was a huge plus for me and was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as we never trust being parked on the street. My feeling at this property thou, after staying here, was that I would be very comfortable going out to the car after dark if you had forgotten something. The complex seemed very safe. Not being from the area, safety is very important for me, as my wife and I are in are 60’s. The unit was very comfortable and clean. There is a little balcony off the entrance that has the morning sun that’s just perfect for relaxing, having a cup of coffee, and planning your day. I didn’t go over to the pool area, so I can’t comment on that except that the unit appears to have good close access to it. The gentleman that I met, that lives in the complex, was commenting that the pool area was a nice area. When we are back in the area in the future, we will definitely check with the host to see if this property is available.
