VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS ÊTRE PLUS PROCHE DE LA PLAGE! À quelques pas de la magnifique plage privée de sable blanc de Nantucket Sound, dans le quartier exclusif de Great Island. Cette grande et belle maison contemporaine de Cape Cod offre 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain et demie et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a beaucoup de place pour s'étendre à l'intérieur avec une grande salle ouverte. Le premier niveau offre 3 chambres à coucher, une avec un lit king size, une avec une reine et une avec des jumeaux avec un coin salon. Une salle de bain complète avec combo baignoire / douche et de magnifiques comptoirs en pierre naturelle, et une demi-bain sont également à ce niveau. Au dernier étage, vous trouverez une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils modernes et des comptoirs en granit, un confortable coin salon et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Il y a une quatrième chambre à ce niveau avec un lit queen et une salle de bain avec douche seulement. Ce niveau offre également une petite pièce de type bureau / salon avec un canapé-lit queen et une autre salle de bain complète avec douche dans le couloir.

Our family vacation on great island

Like luxury towels, the kitchen was well supplied, the bedrooms were beautiful, the pool was perfect and a great hit with the kids. The 3 beaches were within walking distance and very private, most days were by ourself.

Cannot beat the location right by the beach and bay with great scenery with a pool and hot tub. You have everything you need at the home. The area is secluded but close to restaurants and activities. Beach is a quick walk. The owners and property management company made the the process simple.

The listing did say there was an ocean view, but there wasn’t one unfortunately.The location in the gated community was fabulous! Great access to 2 private beaches that were never crammed. The only suggestions I would make is a dehumidifier needs to be run on the bottom level. It is wet and damp down there. The beds would feel damp. Also, with kids and dogs, it would be nice to have some cheap stick-on carpet treads for the stairs. They are very slippery.Overall everything was excellent, and would be happy to rent this home again!

Reviewer Comments: We have been renting on the Cape for 8 years and this property is by far the BEST we have found to accommodate our extended family as well as our beloved black Lab! This house truly has it ALL - perfect location in Yarmouth, close to everything including grocery stores and our favorite fish market! We enjoyed the added security of being in a gated community with just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beautiful shores of Nantucket Sound with private beach access. We were often the only family on the beach! Two master suites with full bathrooms as well as two other large bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms were absolutely perfect for our needs. (The home also has two pull-out couches for sleeping). We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals together. The house was very clean, and the family/dining area was spacious for everyone to be comfortable together. We were definitely fans of the central vacuum upstairs and downstairs to keep the sand at bay! The in-ground pool and hot tub made our trip even more memorable. What a great addition! We are already looking forward to our return. Alyssa and Ofer were always readily available to promptly answer questions about the house to plan our trip. Thank you for renting your beautiful home!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the house was great. Nicely updated, good space, amenities were obvious and thorough. Lower level has 3 spacious bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs has a master and a study with a pullout. The house is on a large lot, so very private and quiet. We've stayed on great island several times before at different houses, and this was our preferred choice. We have a family of 6, and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat, and when we had an issue with the chemical balance in the hot tub, the owner came out immediately to fix, followed by the hot tub maintenance person the next day. A pool in 2022 will be a huge plus!For those who haven't stayed in this community before, it's great. 24/7 manned entrance is really nice to have, and the area has a laid back feel with close proximity to a couple of key, private beaches along the ocean side of Yarmouth. The house is no more than an 8 minute walk to each, and you can walk 15 minutes to Seagull Beach as well. As a long time cape visitor from Rhode Island, this place is highly recommended!

Serenity, Spaciousness and 3 Private Beaches!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home is truly MAGNIFICENT! We are a family party of grandparents, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, 2 children and one toddler. We all had a wonderful time there. It is a real joy to have so much room, so many bathrooms, and the kitchen was superb! One night we boiled up five 2-1/2 lb. lobsters using the stove's pot filler. Never have we been able to have our lobster nights with so much room to maneuver. Great Island is perhaps the best location I've ever stayed on the Cape, and I've been going there for more than 60 years. All the beaches are between 3 and 5 minutes easy walk from the house. We made friends with the few families we met on Whale Rd. beach (unfortunate weather this year, but we are all stalwarts!). Because there were only 2 or 3 real beach days, we didn't go to White Gate Beach or Cove beach, but we took many walks around there. It's too bad one can't walk or bike to the south end of Great Island as it's a private community, but we understand, and we loved the Great Island gated community we were in for its safety and serenity.We truly adored Great Island and, in particular, this beautiful and private home. We used the hot tub often. And the owners are putting in a pool in 2022!
