Maison paisible à quelques minutes de la plage de Sandy Neck

Profitez de vos vacances au Cap dans ce spacieux et lumineux colonial de 2700 pieds carrés. Retrouvez tous les conforts de la maison dans cette maison de 4 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain. Grande salle avec ping-pong, jeux de famille et puzzles. Après une journée à la plage, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine tout en grillant sur la grande terrasse. Faites une excursion d’une journée à Provincetown pour une croisière aux baleines. Cette maison convient à plusieurs familles en vacances ensemble.

Le niveau principal avec des plafonds de 9 pieds et un plan d'étage ouvert, comprend une cuisine bien garnie, une grande table pour les repas et un salon confortable. Sirotez un café ou un thé dans la grande péninsule de la cuisine avec de nombreux sièges. La grande salle surdimensionnée a un plafond cathédrale et des puits de lumière avec suffisamment de place pour votre tournoi de ping-pong. Cet étage a également une chambre avec lit queen size.

Le niveau supérieur comprend une grande chambre principale avec plafond cathédrale, puits de lumière, dressing et salle de bain principale avec bain à remous. Deux chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec lits queen partagent la deuxième salle de bain complète.

L'appartement au sous-sol et le garage ne sont pas inclus dans la réservation.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation spot

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was terrific and as advertised - a great spot to relax, hang out by the pool, and play yard and board games. We can't wait until our next visit!

The house was very roomy, large bedrooms, great family room with a ping pong table that was so fun for all, large kitchen and dining area. Hostess very accessible, responsive very promptly and pleasant to deal with. The home made sour dough bread was a delight. We highly recommend this house for a large group.

Family friendly stay

Stayed here for a week and thought this was a great property! The heated pool was great for days when we didn’t want to go to the beach, and the central air made for a very comfortable stay inside. Owner was in touch and answered questions beforehand and even day of trip! Thank you for the stay!

The home was lovely. It was the perfect place for a winter getaway.. it was clean and spacious.

Nelly was a great hostess and quick to respond to messages. It was the perfect place for 6 adults to get away and relax over the holidays. Being pet friendly was a wonderful bonus!

Wonderful property

A relaxing week on the cape, convenient to mid-cape attractions and beaches. We chose this property specifically for the (heated!) pool and we were not disappointed. The house is well maintained and the owner/host was very responsive.

Family Getaway

My family had an amazing time at Cape Cod and especially at this wonderful home. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor heated pool was fantastic and we spent many days just relaxing there. The host was very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family vacation

We were so happy with our stay! The house is gorgeous and has absolutely everything we needed. Nelly (owner) was so attentive and checked with us on the hurricane making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great pool, house and host

We just came back from a wonderful week at Lyons Pride. Everything was as advertised - the house was in perfect condition, the pool was kept clean (and warm!) and Nelly was an attentive and friendly host. It was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids under age 7), we will be back again I am sure!

Like home away from home.

We loved the private setting and swimming pool. Beautiful neighbourhood: well-located but away from the crowds that can feel overwhelming in Cape Cod. The house is spacious, with loads of character but also friendly and inviting. Like home away from home! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with, without being intrusive. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house for those looking for private comfort.

Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, and we loved the pool. One thing that was not an issue for us but might be for others is that the primary bedroom has a skylight and no window shades, so it gets bright in there as soon as the sun comes up. The house is well located, an easy drive to several beaches and fun places to explore, as well as several grocery stores/shopping areas.

Relaxing Cape Cod Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Cape Cod! The house was spotless and Nelly could not have been nicer. The pool was warm and clean and we really enjoyed spending the afternoons outside. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice and the house is a short drive to Hyannis. I would recommend this house to anyone! You will have a great time!!

Excellent Home and Host

This home is beautiful and Nelly the Host, was more than accommodating. The home was very clean and nicely furniture and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nelly went above and beyond to make sure myself and my mother were comfortable and had everything we needed. The fresh baked bread upon arrival was such a treat. I would highly recommend a stay at this property and hoping I will be back again,

Family Vacation

We had an awesome stay! The house was so clean and big. We really enjoyed the ping pong table as the weather wasn't the best when we were there. Nelly was always quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that wasn't in the middle of all the tourist spots but close enough to all the beaches, stores, etc. It was nice to have big beds in all the roooms too! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to the Cape!

Great Family Time in Barnstable

Once again we had a wonderful time in Nelly’s Cape Cod home. The house was spotless, the pool was wonderful and Nellys communication couldn’t have been better! We were greeted with fresh, homemade bread made by Nelly. The property was so quiet and private and the neighborhood is lovely. The kids played in the heated pool all day and then it was so nice to be able to relax on the deck and have dinner. I would recommend this property to anyone staying on the cape.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

We spent one week at this lovely rental. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and the ping pong table was a huge hit. We used the large dining table for a huge puzzle to work on when we weren't in the pool. We were ALWAYS in the pool. It is so great to be provided with towels and linens. Nelly was an absolute pleasure as the owner, and left us with her specialty sourdough!

Beautiful haven in West Barnstable

I have rented many dozen houses over the years but i must say Nelly is the most attentive, available, helpful host i have ever met! She was always one step ahead of whatever we needed and a true pleasure to deal with and get to know. The house itself was a large, welcoming place with beautiful spaces inside and out. The yard has a fenced in area for dogs,a lovely lawn, amazing heated pool, and magnificent old growth trees.In short,it was a magical experience.

Great house

The house was spotless. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out! Nelly, the owner, is so sweet. She lives downstairs and you only hear from her if you need her! She made sure we had whatever we needed and loves sharing her home. House was not too far drive from Sandy Neck beach. Pool and spacious deck can be enjoyed after a beach day!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, clean and comfortable home and our dog loved the big backyard! We were welcomed with a loaf of homemade freshly baked sourdough bread that was absolutely delicious! Nelly was a fantastic hostess and made sure that the crib was set up for the baby and she returned messages quickly. We highly recommend this home to any family looking for a clean spacious property. Hi Nancy! Your family was so wonderful to host. You did not exactly have the best weather, but you were always enjoying yourselves. I am so glad the house was big enough to accommodate your extended family so that you could finally spend time together after all the COVID mess. Summer family vacation

My husband and I rented Nelly's house for a week's vacation with our 2 sons, nephew and their girlfriends, all in their 20s. The house was beautiful, comfortable and easily accommodated all 8 of us, plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed several ping pong tournaments, as well as the pool. It was a good home base for trips to various Cape Cod beaches. Nelly was helpful and responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. We all had a great week. Thanks, Nelly!

My name is Nelly Lyons. When I became an empty nester, I began hosting travelers at my residence in West Barnstable. It has been 4 years now and I am proud to say that I was sold out for the summers of 2019 through 2022 with only 5 star ratings thus far!
I was born and raised in Greenwich CT. I am the seventh child of a family with10 children! My parents bought a summer home on the Cape when we were kids and I fell in love with the lifestyle here. After college I moved to the Cape fulltime and started a business designing and wholesaling swimwear. I soon opened my first retail shop in Provincetown and at one point I had 5 shops around the Cape. Forty-one years later, I have downsized to one store (Nelly's Suits You Swimwear in Hyannis) and plan to retire completely soon. My daughter Skylar has taken over another one of my shops located in The Mashpee Commons. She calls her shop Summer Sky Swimwear named after her sister Summer and herself... Sky
