This home nestled into the canyon of Anaheim Hills with a dramatic view of the hills with many oak trees High Ceilings and marble greet you as you enter this majestic paradise. A deluxe master bedroom, plus an exquisite master bath and sitting area are located on the lower level. Granite countertops in the kitchen with built in double ovens, Built in refrigerator plus solid wood floors. The yard has a beautiful 40 foot lap pool and enough space for a large wedding.
The whole house is yours, including the garage!
We are available via phone and text. Please text for non-urgent matters. Please call for urgent matters. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns or if you want recommendations for good food and fun!
Our cul-de-sac neighborhood is private, secluded and quiet. The city of Anaheim Hills is an affluent residential area with plenty of green space, including wooded Oak Canyon Nature Center, with kid-friendly trails, and Yorba Regional Park, popular for fishing, riverfront paths, and a duck pond. Cyclists ride dirt paths in Deer Canyon Park, and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course is known for its challenging fairway. Dining focuses on casual American fare, like burgers, barbecue, and craft beer. More variety of foods can be found at the nearby Anaheim Packing House.
Utilities policy: We cover up to $600 per month for utilities. Any amount exceeding this will be charged to the guest on a monthly basis.
Please kindly do your best to conserve water and electricity!
- Must be 25 years of age to book
- Only guest allowed on property are those on the reservation unless authorized by host.
- Please remove shoes when inside
- Please do not move furniture
- Do not use counter tops as cutting board
- Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal
- Please empty link filter in dryer after each use
- Adult supervision required when children are swimming
- No running around, horseplaying or diving into pool
- No glass cups/dishes/bowls around pool
- Please donât damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
- Turn off lights/fans/AC/pool heater when not in use
- Heating the spa takes about 2 hours and costs about $40/day with utilities.
- Heating the pool takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day with utilities.
- If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500, will be an extra charge after checkout. - Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
- Keep all doors and the garage closed at all times so mice won't come inside. We do live in the hills!
- No more than 5 cars on the premise
- Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours
- Street sweeping on Tuesday
- PLEASE PULL OUT TRASH BINS ON THURSDAY NIGHT.
If you forget to pull out the trash, furry friends from all over the hills will come burrow through your trash!
- PLEASE PULL IN TRASH BINS ON FRIDAY NIGHT
- If you forget to pull the trash bins in, Code Enforcement will fine us and you will have to pay the citation!
- Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
- Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
- No smoking inside our home
- If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
- No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
- No parties or events are allowed. Social distancing is highly advised.
- No pets unless approved by owners in advance
- Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
- Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
- Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
