Fabuleux 6 chambres (3 suites de maĂźtre), 4 piscine de bain w / Jacuzzi home

Notre maison de six chambres et quatre salles de bains est dĂ©corĂ©e par un designer et offre beaucoup d’espace pour toute la famille. Trois des six chambres sont des maĂźtres de cal-king avec salles de bains, dont l'une est situĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Les trois autres chambres sont un lit queen size et deux chambres pour enfants avec lits superposĂ©s. Ces chambres ont accĂšs Ă  la salle de bain du couloir. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision LCD 47 ".

Le salon principal à aire ouverte est parfait pour les réceptions. La cuisine a des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, un dosseret en travertin et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Juste à cÎté de la cuisine est une laveuse et une sécheuse pour les clients. La salle à manger peut accueillir dix personnes et des siÚges supplémentaires au comptoir de la cuisine. La chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD de 60 'et des 250 meilleures chaßnes de Time Warner. Il y a Internet haute vitesse sans fil aussi.

Hors de la salle familiale est l'accÚs à l'année arriÚre privée. Il y a une belle piscine creusée chauffée avec un jacuzzi. Nous surveillons et contrÎlons la température pour vous à distance depuis notre bureau pour nous assurer qu'elle sera allumée et à la température à votre arrivée. Profitez également de notre barbecue en plein air pour diner et se prélasser au barbecue.

La salle de jeux, dans le garage, dispose d'une table de ping-pong, d'air hockey et d'une piscine pour les enfants. Il y a un pack 'n play, des poussettes, une chaise haute et un siÚge d'appoint pour vos bébés et enfants en bas ùge. Un matelas pneumatique queen-size est disponible à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

Tous les meubles, les meubles, etc. sont neufs à partir de février 2015. A 15 minutes en voiture de Disneyland et / ou du centre de conventions d'Anaheim, vous pourrez regarder les feux d'artifice de Disneyland dans la cour. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur.

Celebration trip

Great location! Lots of accessibilities to restaurants and shopping. Everyone loved how close and easy it was to the Disney's parks. Having lived in Southern California 30 years ago, I would recommend staying in Orange.

Great place to stay!

We planned a Disney vacation & this home was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, very clean and well taken care of in a great neighborhood that was walking distance to Disney! Having a hot tub to come home & soak your tired feet was just a bonus! Owner was very helpful & responsive!

Great Property

The house was very spacious and clean. It had plenty of beds and enough room to never feel crowded. The backyard is a beautiful space with the pool and hot tub. The garage having a ping pong table and pool table was a great added source of recreation.

First time VRBO user and we were apprehensive but our VRBO was outstanding for our family of 9. Great location, awesome pool/spa and nice living spaces. Communication with property managers was quick and efficient. We will be back.

Very nice home and pool

Loved all the master bedrooms in this home, plenty of room for our family. The pool was great, the kids loved it
 they did freak out about all the spider webs on all the outdoor furniture, but grandpa cleaned them off for us. Also most of the house was clean except for the floors in the house were very dirty, you couldn’t wear your socks or bare feet around the house or they would get black from the dirt, cleaners need to mop all the floors! Very close to Disneyland and the beach, our family had a great time!

Graduation

This was a family trip to attend my son’s graduation. We had never used VRBO before but were pleasantly surprised. The pictures online accurately reflected the house. The manager was very responsive to our questions. The water feature of the pool was lovely and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. I would recommend the property and the management.

Great time

House was clean and very nicely furnished. Plenty of dishes and cookware provided. The grill needs back burners ( broken) but we had a small group so it was ok for us. We were also out of laundry soap but it was delivered to us the next day. We enjoyed the pool every single day. Would definitely recommend.

Family visit

House was very large and fit our groups needs.we enjoyed our stay very much with everyone having there own bathrooms and kids sharing. Pool area and backyard were beautiful. Several issues should be addressed 1 sliding door to pool is EXTREMELY difficult to open 2 floors left your feet black 3 lights in master bedroom/bathroom 1. were crazy not staying on motion sensor didn't function correctly 4 Dining room chairs need to be padded or replaced. Very uncomfortable. 5 water pressure in some bathrooms were weak

Short drive to Disney

Over all our stay was pretty good. We enjoyed the house for the most part. There are a LOT of rules to staying in this home. Please read the other reviews. If your a family who does not care about not being out past 10 in the yard or making too much noise then you too could enjoy your visit. We personally loved the added protection of the alrms on the doors leading to the pool since we had a six year old who loves to swim but also a 2 year old with no swimming lessons who followed the 6 year old like a shadow. The drive to disney was short. The location to lots of other amenities of shopping was great. The size of the home was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the hot tub at the end of all the walking we had done was wonderful too. The cleanliness of the house could use some follow up. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay in the house again.

Good property with a few drawbacks

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house is in great location right off the freeway and close to stores and restaurants. Convenient for DoorDash. 15 minutes to Disney and about 20 minutes to Newport beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The city rules and regulations are excessive and the alarm on the back patio doors is ear piercing. Small kids can’t reach the button so it was going off constantly. The floors were dirty so walking around barefoot was kind of gross. It may just be that the material the floors are made of are hard to get clean. The fridge was missing a shelf so there wasn’t enough space to keep food for 13 people. Also, the ice maker clogged very easily. The kitchen was stocked decently but could have been better. No kitchen rags for wiping down counters and the table. There were only two trash bags for our entire stay with 13 people for 8 days. We had to buy extra toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The garbage disposal was clogged but they sent someone quickly to fix it so that was appreciated. Their yard maintenance crew filled all the outside garbage bins with green waste at the beginning of our stay so we couldn’t even use them. That was very inconvenient. We did love the 3 master suites all with an en-suite bath and king beds. The adults all said the beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The kids complained about their beds being hard. Overall, I would rate this property good but not great.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The alarm to outside and no parking on the street might be the biggest downsides. Not sure why there has to be an alarm to go outside everytime. And no street parking even though there is so much of it and no one there to use it.

Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment. The temps were great, so nice to not have to worry about contacting someone when we needed it heated (so many other rentals have that as a requirement
although communication with this property was so easy it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal!) the game room/garage was a nice option for fun as well. Plenty of room for both ping pong players and shooting pool. We didn’t use any of the provided strollers but there were a number of nice looking options. Maintenance actually contacted us before we needed them, that’s how good the communication is! Very few issues, all resolved quickly
these are managers who care about their property. Pool guy was at least twice during our stay, hardly noticeable, just happened to be times I was looking out back, in turn, the pool was very clean. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Peaceful, modern decor. Well stocked kitchen. Yes, the city ordinance about quiet hours is annoying, especially after a long day at Disneyland to not be able to soak in hot tub, but it’s understandable. All in, a wonderful stay!

Nice Family Vacation Home

This home was nice to stay in for families going to Disneyland . Although some of the furniture/appliances was a little older and bathrooms had hard water stains around handles, etc. that is to be expected for any older home but regardless the home is beautiful and well maintained and most importantly clean. The beds were comfortable to stay in and the space was perfect for my family. We also enjoyed the pool and spending time together in the backyard. I would say some of the check in process was a little concerning at first with having to show proof of my payment taken out by showing both my card and account in which the payment was taken out of which I am not used too but I do understand why this is needed in this day and age. Also the rules do feel very strict so we found ourselves constantly worried about making sure we followed each rule especially with not going out at night even if we needed to go to the car to grab something and were extra cautious and used our own towels and pool towels to avoid any concerns there. If going to Disney, I would stay again with my family as the pros outweighed the very little items I would look at optimizing.

"Spacious Family Retreat in a Prime Location"

A perfect stay for a large family featured a spacious, well-equipped home located close to the freeway and a variety of restaurants, making it convenient for outings and meals. The house had multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and plenty of common areas to gather. Its prime location made it easy to explore the area while still having a quiet, comfortable space to return to—ideal for both relaxation and convenience.

Safe Neighborhood! Great Location! Loved the Pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came for a baseball tournament that was held in Irvine. The house is spacious and fit our big group perfectly! We loved the game room! The weather was cooler than normal but the pool and spa saved us! The location is great! Close to many beaches and so many restaurants an shopping within 10 min. It was tricky at first to get use to the safety alarms on the doors but by the end of the trip we were pros. We also had a visitor (an opossum) come by a few times. Overall, our stay was great!! We would defiantly stay here again!

A Return to Villa Park

Wonderful location near where my wife grew up in Villa Park. Easy access to Highway 55 and many amenities. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi along with being able to get easy access to Disney and the beach.

Great Home!

The home is perfect for family disney trips. One of the master bedrooms ran out of hot water quickly but likely due to the amount of people showering at the same time.Overall, it was a great home. If you pay a refundable deposit , be prepared for a 15 business day Hold to get it back.

Family reunion

House was as advertised. Master bathroom shower had a leaky shower head. The house rules were clear, however the accompanying signage all over the house felt somewhat oppressive.
