Loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here! We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. Perfect location in NMB with a beach that wasn’t too crowded. They provide a closet that has some beach supplies (the umbrella was broken, but it had boogie boards, etc.). They also provide beach towels if needed. They provided plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was VERY stocked if you desire to cook in. The management company was easy to work with when we had a few issues (nothing major, mainly a leaky sink and wanted to report the broken umbrella). Would highly recommend booking your next beach vaca here :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay,fantastic location.3 month stay at this unit (Jan,Feb,Mar). Unit was clean and well stocked. It has everything you would need for the beach (beach chairs,towels,umbrellas,etc.) I've stayed in many units over the years but none stocked as well as this one. The cleaning products exceeds expectations and I found myself ordering many of the products for my home in PA.There were numerous renovations going on with the entire complex which did create some inconvenient setbacks. I guess that's to be expected when you vacation in the winter months.As usual,the Staff at ODVR could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay

Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, let me just say the people at the check in place were very friendly and went over everything. The office is about 3 minutes from the actual Unit. Once we got to the the place, it was clean and was even better looking than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you needed since we were planning on cooking to save money. There was an issue with the hallway bath and the water not draining fast enough and they had a guy out within the hour. He was friendly and fixed the issue right away. The storage unit had lots of beach stuff for us to use which was great. The view of the ocean was amazing as well. We liked the area as it was less crowded than most of the Crescent beach area. If you are on the fence about renting this unit, I would say pull the trigger. Next time we plan on going to Myrtle Beach we will definitely look at renting this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Heaven on Earth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My entire family love our stay at this rental property. The kitchen was beyond well stocked and I lacked for nothing when cooking. We had a slight problem with the ice maker when we first arrived but that problem was solved in no time and the gentleman who did fix it was friendly and a true gentleman. There were about 15 beach towels provided and the storage locker had plenty of things needed for our days on the beach. Toys, boogy boards, sand chairs, umbrella everything was provided by the owner. The rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again. I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves every night. This place was heaven to me.

Decent Place to Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on the beach is nice but the unit and property overall seem a bit dated. Room was a little dirty upon arrival and we had a couple of issues with the shower in the hall leaking and not draining so that we couldn't use it. I sent an email about it because the paperwork indicates that if you call after hours and it is not an emergency then they charge you. I told someone the next day when they called to confirm out checkout the person i spoke to was a little rude saying that i should also call but i am on vacation and busy so think the email should have sufficed. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. The whole binder thing and all of the long list of checkout instructions seemed unnecessary considering the large cleaning fee you are paying. Did the job for our trip but would not choose this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has it all! The owners provide beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/beach towels...that is uncommon and much appreciated! Also the high chair & pack 'n play was a plus for us, we would have had to rent those otherwise. Beds were comfy, layout is great! The only suggestion I have is to stock a few more kitchen/dish towels, we only found one.
