Welcome to Waterpointe 1 Unit 902. Located on the 9th floor of a 10 story building this 3 bed/2 bath residence will sleep 6 and features a 16 foot balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Newly remodeled in 2022 this unit has a fully stocked kitchen with major appliances, washer dryer, free WIFI, and cable TV in every room.

Do you want a quiet, less crowded, and peaceful ocean front vacation? Look no further than Windy Hill Beach located in the city of North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach with no retail, no restaurants, and very little noise yet only a mile from all the miniature golf, restaurants, and shopping you could ever want. Barefoot landing is a short 1 mile walk as well as several restaurants.

Golf School with buddies

The location was very close to our 3 day golf school. We didn’t take advantage of any of the amenities. 8:00 AM golf school followed by a round of golf and then dinner and then crashed. Property was very clean and easy to enter/exit. Didn’t go to the beach (which was just outside the door) because of the afore mentioned purpose of the trip.

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed staying there and would for sure stay in that unit again. It’s close to so much and has easy access to the ocean. The pools were great when we didn’t want to swim in the ocean and all the people we met there were so friendly.

Beautiful!

It was a very nice stay. Everything was clean, including the pools and lobby area. There was everything we needed cook with, including an air fryer. All the beds were comfortable and you have an assortment of pillows. I will definitely come back!

Amazing!

Property is exactly like the pics, which has not always been the case with other companies. Condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was perfect for our party of four adults and two teenage girls. The location is perfect in relation to activities and restaurants. The building was quiet and well maintained. It was a wonderful week!
