Family Friendly Beach Front Property with Large Patio

Enjoy your next vacation in our private, family owned beach front home. We are not a typical beach rental, available for limited bookings through out the year.

Step right on to the sand from the patio or hop on one of our bikes and explore Lido or Balboa Island. We are a short drive from Fashion Island or PCH for a large selection of dining and shopping.
The large patio is perfect for enjoying the beach with all the comforts of home. Enjoy dinners outside at our table for 8 or watch the sunset from one of the lounge chairs on the balcony. The house is full of activities for your stay; board games, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach games like bocci ball and corn hole. The large living room with wrap around sofa is perfect for movie or game night with the whole family at the end of the day. With 3 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge.
