I enjoyed being here!

I enjoyed being here she has great customer service the place is nice and cleaned. There were no problems with the neighborhood. My family and I felt very welcomed and were greeted kindly.

a misunderstanding that could’ve been solved but the property owner is very much on the odd side of things and towels weren’t that clean

The place was perfect for the three of us. Nice updated place great for small group and management is great to work with.

Save your money

I don’t like to leave bad reviews because it makes me feel bad, but please do not book this property. She “accidentally” double booked us, and asked if we wanted to stay elsewhere. We said no, cancel the reservation (because we read another review about this same thing happening to them) and the host didn’t cancel. The host wasn’t responsive and we were told 30 minutes before check in about the double booking. I had to call VRBO support to cancel since she hadn’t and it was past check in, so I couldn’t cancel. I received a full refund, even after she wanted to keep a portion (for doing nothing?). To sum it up, this VRBO is a scam that takes a high nightly rate, just for you to get double booked leaving you with her last option other property that is very likely too nasty to even be listed. She purposefully has you pay a lot of money with a no refund listing to stay at a place worth nothing.

Beware owner doesn’t use clean shower rugs or linen. Also double books.

Upon arrival beds nor bathroom were clean. We stayed a total of 8 days. During which time the owner double booked twice. One of those times the guest actually was knocking on the door and trying to enter a self generated code as myself my 5 year old and my autistic daughter slept. When I opened door the guest didn’t speak English and I had to help him translate on his phone translator. When I called the host for him she was very rude. For one day we had to move to another property when we came back owner made my family wait 5 hours for sheets, covers, an linen. Also I cleaned the apartment myself due to owner having her mother and daughter with her and her letting my family in and leaving. Due to non payment the internet also was cut off during stay. We paid daily which made the host upset. However we didn’t trust if she’d run off with our money and kick us out. We needed a longer stay due to our home not being ready. The owner also lives on the property and is very bothersome. All in all if she practice time management and cleaned better she could have a nice space. Please check other platforms where she’s listed youll see alot of negative reviews there also. The day before we were scheduled to leave she called and threaten to call the police if I didn’t leave the next morning by 11 all due to her being upset I no longer wanted to talk to her. All I wanted to do was pay and be left alone. Not be friends. I have text and pictures to back up this negative review.

This Host is a Con Artist! We didn't stay.

This host is a con artist, don't do it! We booked the townhome. Early in the day she called to offer a completely different place for us to stay, some run down apartment! Should have been a red flag when she contacted me outside of the Vrbo app to do so. Check-in was at 3pm. We arrived 5:19pm to an ungroomed lawn, a knocked over planter on the porch, 5 different doorbells, and no way to enter the property. I called the host, who was still inside "cleaning". Zero scent of cleaning products or any air freshener. There were trash bags and dirty clothes in the entryway. Walking upstairs to the unit, the stairs were dirty and not swept. The kitchen floor and counters were dirty. Curtains we down. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. She said she completely understood if I wanted to cancel and then proceeded to offer we stay in her home, which was the unit downstairs. She and I agreed on canceling, she said she would call to complete the cancelation on her end. I went back to our truck to call Vrbo to make sure she did so and to avoid any misunderstandings later. Guess what? She lied, she never canceled the booking. I had to stay on the phone with Vrbo until she actually canceled and issued the refund. She claimed her phone was dead, so they spoke to her through my phone. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional through that whole interaction. The refund was issued on her portion but she walked away before they got enough information to issue the refund for Vrbo's fee.
